Sir/Mam,
May tanong lang po ako, kasi po ung alcatel soleil 5021E ko after ko po ma root successful naman po ngunit nung nag install po ako ng Chainfire 3D after ko lang po mag restart ang fon di na po sya tumutuloy sa start menu. Naoopen naman po sya pero hanngang dun na lng po. Patulong naman po mga kapatid. Ano po ba ang dapat ko gawin. Kahit po kasi nirereboot ko na sya, wala pa din po.
Sana po masagot nyo ang concern ko.

Hindi Required nag 3DChainfire sa Unit natin:
Una mgaHard Reset:
1. Turn Phone off
2. Press and hold Volume up button then Press and hold Power button till a menu will come out "Android system recovery"
3. Use the Volume button to scroll up and down and use the Camera button to select (click on).
4. Scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset" and click on it.
5. Scroll down to "Yes -- delete all user data" and click on it.
6. After "Data wipe complete" click on "reboot system now"

sir anung tool po ggmtin para iflash firmware na download ko n po ung firmware ung tool n lng po. my link po b nun.?
sa galaxy po marunung ako mg flash ng firmware via odin. ung sa soleil po d ko alam bootloop po kc ung alcatel ko. pa TUT n lng po thx.

nag freeze kc ako ng system apps. ayun ngbootloop hnd ko nbackup ung phone q d q pa kc naiinstal CWM. flash ko ung firmware para maayos. un nga lng d me marunung kung panu hrap mg hanap sa google kung panu process. thx po reply.
nkpg hard reset n ako. ayaw prn.

nakakapag cwm ka pa naman diba?
ilagay sa Memory Card ang Firmware then iFlash thru cmw
extract mo ang firmware?
Pag nag aUpdate kasi ako ng OS, WIFI gamit ko almost 30 to 45 minutes

hnd aman po mg uupdate. fix q lng po pgkabootloop. ska d po mkpg flash ng firmware sa recovery kc d q pa po naiinstall ung CWM
