Ambitious thesis proposal, need help. Civil engineering

Hello po. Kukuha po ako ng thesis by next sem and I was thinking of an ambitious one.
Ito po kasi yung plano ko. Gagawa ako ng drainage system sa isang full city. One that is advanced and used by most developed countries.
example would be Tokyo's Incredible Underground Flood Defence Systems. But my proposal would be that this "city" can take this "idea" of mine.

But it's true na wala masyadong budget ang pinas kaya need ko po sana yung mga "Environmental" designs like using swamp, etc. Problema nahihirapan po ako kasing akong maghanap. So sana po may makatulong sakin na mga experto talaga nito at vast ang knowledge when it comes to these projects.
Tatanggapin ko din po yung mahal na mga "designs" para reference din.

The city is iligan. One of the cities hit by bagyong sendong late 2011 that killed 1,000 - 2,500 people and caused a damage of $97.8 million.

nice ang ganda ng thesis mo. penge naman idea jan haha. thesis na rin kasi ako ngayon. medyo nahihirapan ako ngayon.

suggest lang sir. pede rin naman po sa restoration and rehabilitation ung thesis nyo. since may climate change na tas magkakaroon ng bagong revision ng zoning nscp. you get my point.

Oo yun po yung first kong idea. evaluation ng drainage system bali eh reredesign ko lang ulit base sa mga changes. pero yun na nga po. mga canal lang, not really "modernize" or environment "friendly" (ex. swamps haha). need ko kasi para may tatak yung thesis ko . para ma pansin kumbaga hahahahaha. pero mukhang mahirap ata. well most engineers na experto talaga dito is probably busy to spare some time sa internet hehe. nagbabakasali lang naman XD.

anyway para idea. feel ko maganda yung mga program base. kasi minsan pag maganda program mo. pera na hahahaha.
