Good day po Sir,
May problema po kc sa birthdate ko. Instead of November 08, 1990 naging December 18, 1995 po ang lumabas sa NSO. Isa pa pong problema eh magrereview na po ako ngayong June 4 para sa November 2012 Civil Engineering Board Exam, at nasa Maynila po ako ngayon kc dito po ako nag-aral at five years na po akong di nakakauwi sa Surigao. Sabi po ng napagtanungan namin, kailangan daw po sa Surigao kami magpetition kasi dun daw po ako pinanganak. Ano po ang gagawin ko para mapetition ko po ito nang hindi po ako makakaabsent sa review class ko dito sa Maynila? At mahahabol po ba ito hanggang pasahan ng requirements for Board Exam? Maliban po kasi sa laki ng magagastos, naiistress po kasi akong isipin na baka di ako makapagboard ngayong November.

ask ko lang po...pano malalaman kung nkaregister sa nso ung civil registry nung marriage contract.?? kc ung nsa civil registry ko may nkalagay na... registered by... pero wla cyang certified true copy na nakalagay sa taas...at ung seal wla...dko kc mkita ung may certified true copy... if ever... pwede bang makakuha ulit nun?? salamat!

Hindi na kelangan ng BC kung magpaparenew ka ng passport, at saka, magfile ka sa munispyo kung saan ka naparehistro para ipacorrect ang pagkakamali doon sa pangalan mo, magbabayad ka lang ng 1000 pesos at after 10 days nasa NSO na iyan.

HELP PO...un problem po sa bc ng anak q, un year ng mariage nmin dpat po 1995, ang nkregister po sa NSO 1996. panu q po maayos saan at knino po aq dpat lumapit,mlki po b mggastos q? THANKS!

sir tanong ko lang po . saan pwedi ahensya malaman kong buhay o patay na ang isang tao.
kasi po ang kapatid ng nanay ko matagal nang hindi nila nakikita more than 45years na ata. patulong naman po.

1. Contact a lawyer who will prepare the Petition for correction of entry.
2. Lawyers shall file the Petition in the Regional Trial Court. The fee for filing the Petition in the Regional Trial Court is P160.00.
3. The Petition will be raffled and assigned to a branch of the Regional Trial Court.
4. The assigned Regional Trial Court shall issue an Order for the publication of its Order in a newspaper of general circulation for three consecutive weeks. Fee for publication varies.
5. The Order contains the date of the first hearing.
6. During the first hearing, the lawyer will present compliance of the jurisdictional requirements like publication of the Order in a newspaper of general circulation.
7. After establishing compliance with jurisdictional requirements, the petitioner will be presented in Court to testify. The Court may assign the Clerk of Court to receive evidence.
8. During the hearing, it is possible that an oppositor may appear contesting the Petition. If no oppositor appears, the Clerk of Court will receive the petitioner�s evidence.
9. After presentation of evidence, the Court will rule on the Petition.
10. If the decision is favorable, the Court will order the Office of City Registrar to correct the entry in the civil registry document (birth/marriage/death certificate of the petitioner).

Dapat kasi inaasikaso yan within 10 days pagkanarecieve ang Birth certificate, dapat pinabago agad. Balikan niyo ang municipyo kung saan nairehistro at ipakita niyo yung BC sa kanila.

thanks god i found out this site.. im 21 years old.. may problema po kasi sa bc ko late registration po kasi aq aside po sa late registration ako hindi din daw po pumasok un baptismal ko nun bininyagan ako.. panu po gagawin ko? kailangan ko po kasi kumuha nun para sa pgkuha ko nang passport.. ok lang din po bang kumuha na ako nang NSO muna? hindi po maging problema un? salamat po..

Magpabinyag ka muna, ilahad mo doon ang complete at nga totoong details, sabihin mo sa parish priest niyo na kailangan mo ng baptismal certificate para maging basehan ng ilalahad mo sa civil registrar, at pagawa ka ng affidavit na nkaligtaan ng parent mo na iparegister, police clearance, barangay clearance at iba pang magpoprove na ikaw yun.

Good Afternoon guys, specially sa mga may passport.. Balak ko po kasi kumuha, gusto ko mag apply abroad, pwede po ba kumuha kahit walang present job ngaun, di ko kasi alam ilalagay ko sa online form, dun sa occupation??? help po. TIA

... anyway about sa bc di kasi naka indicate dun sa bc ko kung san ako pinanganak ang nakalagay lang dun manila at yun name ng lying-in , nung kumuha ako ng passport sa dfa lucena nid daw na nakaindicate kung san sa manila at anung street ako pinanganak ngaun nilagay sa application form ng dfa ko yun supplementary report? panu po ba yun? at magkanu magagastos ko dun?
and panu po kung may mali isang letter sa ipilyido panu po yun?

hello po sa lahat" mgtatanong lang po ako..ngproproces po kac ako ng paper sa kasal ko, pnu po if mali po ung pasulat ko sa name ng papa ko sa mga info na dpat sulatan, kc po sa birthcertificate ko sa unang line nilagay ung nickname ni papa pero sa dulo po correct name nya. eh nsulat ko po un nickname sa lahat ng info na dpat ko fil up pang process ng document. mkkapekto po ba un sa papers ko'? any idea po?
