well share ko lng din experience ko sa cdr king... well I think it was 5 yrs ago when I bought mp4 in CDR king Rob Ermita...

it took 3 times to replace those item halos lahat sira and it will took 1 week para lng i check ang isang mp4 item para malaman kung ano ba tlga ang sira nito and in the end papalitan nila ito until nakuha ko ung last item na mp4 na tumagal at nasira ng dahil sa kalumaan nito... simula nun nawalan na ako ng gana sa pag tangkilik sa mga gadgets ng cdr specially sa mga service nilang napakatagal at nagkaroon na din ako ng doubts sa mga item nila ngayon well instead of spending some 50%-70% of their SRP off from the original better to buy ung talagang tatagal... minsan pag nag pupunta ako ng rob ermita I used to check their items pa rin pero nakakawalang gana na...

eto pala ung naging sira ng mp4 ko... na lowbat sxa kasi nawala ung kaisa isang cord nya ung cord nya para dun lng sa mp4 I tried to look for cdr and some other store pero nabigo ako yan yung isang bagay na nakakaasar sa cdr ung ibang items nila may sariling cord tpos pag nawala wala silang spare para i replace or khit bilin mo wala anyway sana magkaroon din ng ibang franchise na parang cdr style pero mas ok 2x sa kanila

lahat ng employees ng CDR King Store mga bastos talaga, kupad pa, kaya di na ako magtataka bakit marami silang feedbacks. :slap:

ako din marami akong naririning na negative feedback sa cdr king. kahit simpleng headset nila mga 1 week lang sira na lalo na ung pinaka mura minsan matatapat pa sayo sira. Totoo din ung sinabi ng isang nag comment na mabagal they do it manually.. grabe lalo na ung mag tatanong ka lang pipila ka pa. at di ka nila sasagutin gang hindi un ung number mo. Khit ako disappointed sa CDR king. Totally they are slow. Customer service fail.

hay TS ganun talga diyan sa CDRKing, un ibang attendant diyan hindi na nga alam kung anong tinatanong mo sa kanila eh mga bastos pa. saka pansin ko puro mga tanga ang attendant sa kahit saand CDRking branch na napuntahan ko, wala kasing mga computer background! sana TS di na mangyare sayo un incident na ganyan!

Alam naten nararamdaman ng nag post kasi nangyare sting lahat. Lahat ng nagpost dto puro negative ung sinasabi sa CDR King.

unpleasant tlaga mga sales rep sa CDR-king.

and honestly the product in CDR-king is like what we see at devisoria they are mo alike. the only different is the name. feel me =)

not only that they lack of manners but they lack know-how on what they are selling. ganyan talaga pag sub standard ang items.

Ano bang klaseng customer service yun. di man lang nila sundin ung pinakabasic na rule ng isang matinong business. "the customer is always right" as much as possible dapat entertain nila kung matino naman yung customer. mamimili lang naman ng flash light. di pa nila ginawan ng paraan pinag antay pa nila. e di sila din nawalan? EPIC FAIL.

hahaha i empathize kay TS! hahah but did u ever thought na kailangan nila ang ilaw?? ") mean kailangan ng kuryente para umandar and computer for them to check the inventory.. kaya nga sinabi na may flashlight din sila e.. hahaha at saka they cant sell anything because na ka inventory sa computer and reciept... un nga lang puede naman manual reciept... haha tamad nga sila..hahah sayang ang kita :)

To TS "PAPATEY" i admire your sense of "awa"and effort in bringing this up to the SYMBIANIZE COMMUNITY. Unfortunately, you're barking at the wrong tree. We have the Department of Trade and Industry / Consumer's Division who can entertain complaints like this. Please don't spread hate campaign here. Maganda kung masaya tayung lahat dito. Anyway, going back to that sad, sad story.. Didn't he or she mentioned that the store were already "CLOSED"...? I know that the customer is always right, as the saying goes. But, not in this particular scenario. Kahit bibili ka pa ng kahon kahon kung sarado na ang tindahan ay pwede kang wag pagbilhan Considering also na brownout at that time and the staff were already preparing to go home. In short, hndi na oras ng work. Ikaw kali sa sitwasyun nla? Anyway, napapahaba ang kuento naten. The moral behind is kelangan may flashlight at working batt ka lage sa bhay for emergency. Kalimutan mo na yun at move on. Wala naman kasalanan ang mga pobreng sales clerk duon. At wag piliting bumili sa saradong tindahan para di ka mapahiya dito sa SYMBIANIZE. God bless at magdasal ka lage.

yung CDR KIng samin ambagal ng service nila lalo na yung mga babae :noidea: nakakainis kung minsan kasi lagi silag nagkwekwentuhan sa oras ng trabaho nila
