(a letter from unsatisfied and very dissappointed customer)


Hi,

I just want to inform you of the bad way I was treated by your staff at CDR King Robinsons Ermita Branch. I went there yesterday (July 14) after the rain has subsided and we still don't have electricity in our area. I badly need a Crank Dynamo flashlight since all of our cellphones are nearly battery empty.

I saw that your store are close but I saw some people coming out of the store and some inside so I tried asking if they can consider selling me 3 pcs of the said flashlight. One male sales attendant in blue uniform told me he's going to ask somebody inside if they can sell me. I waited for too long outside for him to come back but he did not so I decided to peek from the half-open roll-up door, only to find the guy just chatting with the other girls inside. It was really rude of him to keep me waiting while he just chats with the other sales attendants.

So, while crouch on my feet, since the door is half-open, i converse with your sales attendants practically begging them to sell me the precious flashlight but they turned me down said there was no light and they need that to check if they still have the inventory. I offered them to use the flashlight I have in my nearly empty cellphone but one of them rudely said "may flashlight din kami". So I thought if light was the only thing keeping them from selling me then why don't they use the flashlight they say they have to check if they have inventory.

I told them I will be buying 3 pcs, I thought that could appeal to them since I'm not just buying one product for them to exert effort on me. But one of them said (the one who's not in uniform and appear to be the supervisor) they only have 1 left and they already used it. Hmm! That wonders me, because first they told me they need light to check the inventory then they told me they just have one left which they already used. They are very DISHONEST!!

I still tried to convince them to sell me, but the supervisor, I supposed, said in high tone "Hindi nga ho pwede close kami ayan o nakalagay na nga sa labas". Then she told the other girl to close the door. That really shocked me because I am still crouched at the door. Had the girl followed her order I would have been slammed.

Disappointed I just went up on my feet and left your store.

I want to ask you, how do you train your sales attendants especially the supervisors/managers/oic of the store to handle customers like me in a situation like that? I only want to purchase your product, why do they have to treat me rudely??

I also handle sales attendants in my previous jobs and never did I train them to treat our customers the way your sales attendants have treated me. I would have just brushed this thing aside and go on with my life but I want you to know that your product is not a luxury product one purchase just to enjoy. You have products that is a necessity during times of calamity and long power interruption. You have brilliant products and I cannot count how many CDR King brands have we purchased in the last 3 months and I'm telling you it's a lot. I even recommended your products to my friends because it really helped us a lot.

But because of this incident I might tell my friends NOT TO BUY from that branch because of your staff's bad behavior. I'm not asking for anything. I'm just asking you to retrain your staff and STRESS with them the IMPORTANCE of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

i have to agree with you guys... sana naging sensitive sila sa situation.... hindi din nila alam ang meaning ng word na empathy kc hindi nila mpractice tsk tsk...
 
CD-R king? wala talagang ka kwenta kwentang store yan, lalo na yung mga employees.. di ko rin maisip san ba nila pinupulot yung mga tao nila?

I also send them a complain.. through the email provided on their website, I'm complaining about sa service nila.. ANG KUPAD!, bakit ba di nila magawang automated na yung pag bebenta? at kelangan manually pa isusulat?

got this experience sa CD-R King MOA Branch, well bumili lang naman ako ng 4 cd's.. YES! 4 cd's.. but it took me 40 minutes! para makaalis sa store na yun! dahil una.. mabagal sila mag assist ng customer.. pangalawa.. magtatanong ka lang sasabihin sayo "wait lang sir may nakapila pa" (wtf?! magtatanong lang ako.. pano kung wala pala yung hanap ko?) pangatlo.. panong di babagal yung cashier nila? eh instead na bilisan yung pagsulat sa mano-mano nilang resibo! nagchi-chismisan pa muna?


at kung iisipin.. parang madaming tao ang nagsasayang sa mga SUB-STANDARD nilang products..


kelangan na talaga nila baguhin pamamalakad nila sa store nila.. masyado na maraming complain yung nababasa ko at mababasa pa..
 
ang akala siguro nila mga sir porke affordable mga products nila enough na yun para magnegosyo, baka hindi nila naiintindihan na their job only starts after they sold their product... hindi sila mga customer service oriented, in fairness with other cdrking employees hindi ko nilalahat, pero yung nangyari dito sa robinson's ermita branch, terrible experience to. dapat sibakin mga staffs dun at palitan ng mga empleyadong may modo!

Bigyan sana ng matinding deciplinary action un mga emplyado na yan, lalu n un supervisor...
 
Nakakalungkot lang na ang rude nila. They could've asked in a better way for you to leave the store kasi it's closed na.

Naexperience ko rin yang makupad nilang service... nakakainis imbes na bilisan kasi madaming nakapila lalo pa nila binabagalan... di na ko magtataka if one day mawalan na sila ng customer dahil sa napaka bagal nilang service... :ranting:
 
eh bakit di mo sinumbong sa customer service ng robinson??? wala talaga kwenta yang may ari ng CDR-king.. ni di bumili ng maraming cash register para bumilis ang pag benta nila ??? wag nyo sisihin ung mga attendant nila, dahil sila din eh sukang suka na sa sistema ng CDR-king...
 
sir ompak yung letter na inattached ko e yung eksaktong email ng friend ko sa [email protected], alam ko may pagkukulang din yung mayari ng cdrking pero hindi natin pwede palampasin yung mga pinakitang kabastusan ng mga empleyado sa rob ermita branch, kaya nga sabi ko hindi ko nilalahat, may mga iba din kasi namang empleyado ng cdrking na maayos makitungo at may modo...

tama kung di lang tipid ang mga pinoy di naman papatuk yan CDRKING na yan...salamat kayo pang masa preso nyo...sana mabasa ng isa sa mga CEO ng CDRKING TO....almost nakarecive ng ganitong problema...tsk tsk tsk tsk.....:ranting::ranting:
 
Hmmm.. ako sa totoo lang.. kung sa akin ginawa yan, baka sipain ko yung door nila.. ayoko pa naman sa lahat eh yung ganyang ugali.. ika-nga eh.. the customer is always right!!!!!!1
 
@TS wag mona aksayahin oras mo dyan sa Crank Dynamo flashlight nilang yan bumili ako nyan kahapon july 14 at na dismaya lang ako dahil sabi sa How to charge mobile phone na nakasulat sa likod (rotate the handel in one direction steadily for 10-30 sec. Quicly) hndi pala totoo un kc nag reklamo ako kanina sa isa nilang store sabi ng technician nila para daw mag chage tuloy tuloy ko lang daw pag ikot nun. Sabi ko sa kanya ano pla ung nakasulat sa likod hindi pala totoo yun sana hndi na nila nilagay yun. sa sobrang badtrip ko sinabihan ko ung tech nila na nag sasayang lang ako ng pera sa gamit nila wla palang kwenta. kaya ingat sa pag bili sa CD-R king daming defective na gamit.
 
Yes guys. If other small establishments can afford to have their own cash register machines, CDR King still uses manual invoices. Too bad that you have to wait for your turn to be served. I'm wondering if that's their ploy to cheat on their daily sales since its manual.
 
Wag naman kayo masyado magalit sa kanila, in all fairness naman e wala pang pumalya sa mga binili ko sa kanila.

Unang una, e sipatin nyo muna maigi yung item na bibilhin nyo, meaning, kilatisin nyo maigi. And besides may warranty period naman dba?

Now kung ang kaso e sobrang bagal ng service nila, have you ever wondered why mura paninda nila? Yung kakuparan nila at manual na proseso e trinatranslate nila into savings para hindi masyado tumaas presyo nila. Kung bumili sila ng mga cash register or POS at tumaas ang presyo? Magrereklamo din kayo dba? Sasabihin nyo hindi na maganda sa CDRKing kasi nagmahal na..

Ang dapat sigurong i-improve e yung efficiency ng mga tao nila.. Less chikahan and more work since andun sila para magtrabaho at hindi maghuntahan.

So let's just be fair, kung me extra pera naman kayo at ayaw nyo pumila edi sa iba kayo bumili. Dba?

Eto, galing sa site nila.. Eksplenasyon nila kung bakit mura paninda nila..

Intsik kasi may ari kaya puro lista. at tsaka sa dami ng inventory nila, manual pa rin ang gamit?? ano yan sari sari store?

Nung July13 lang bumili ako ng 10 CD, ok naman pero yung katabi ko, bibili sya ng 4 port wireyless router, sabi ko, Kuya bili ka na lang sa iba, TP LINK tutal 1200 lang yung 54G, eh malas kasi wala na daw sya makita, ayun, eh di bibilhin na nya yung sa CDR KING, ngayon nagtanong sya, kung saan daw abot ang signal ng router, walang maisagot yung saleslay, sabay tanong sa supervisor nya, wala din maisagot, so tinulungan ko si Kuya, sabi ko tignan natin sa box, yun, pag tingin namin sa box, walang nakalagay na range, sabi ko dun sa technician, kuya anong range nito? ang sagot nung tech, AY SIR WALA PO AKO ALAM SA RANGE,

WTF???

Tech ka RANGE di mo alam?
Kung meron nakalagay sa box sana nalaman ko na at hindi ko na sya tinanong..
