Pwede po inbound and outbound sa vici. May default n inbound dialplan po ang vici you can check (but don't change anything with out backing up first) sa extensions.conf. ang default n context na trunkinbound.

hingi lang po akong konting suggestion lalo na sa mga gumagamit ng soundboard feature ng vicidial/vicibox8 so sinunod ko po yung audio format requirement na suggestion ng system which is 16bit-8000hz-pcm-.wave audio files 100% working sya nagkataon lang po na nagkaron kami ng power outage nitong week and may mga nag crash na tables after repairing may erratic latency na po kami sa buttons ng soundboard at continuous nag check and verified po ako sa ibang source still hangang ngayon wala parin po akong findings ng cause nitong latency or delay na na eexperience namin bka po may ibang nka experience nito na mkakatulog.. may nadagdag din po na issue na hindi mka access sa recordings yung mga nasa local connection ng server

ano error ng DID dashboard mo ? marami kasi possible cause firewall, settings, dialplan...

hi mga sir . ask ko lang kung san ko po pwede mapag aralan ung mga command kay vicibox ?? ung asterisk ba un kung tawagin .. di ko kc alam kung pano kalikutin at kung mapano ako mkakapunta dun sa folder or problem ko ?? gusto ko po kc mapag aralan kung pano mag troubleshoot and mag fix ng isang server para hindi na po ako aasa pa dun sa voip namin .. thnx po .. wala kc ako makita sa youtube eh

^Hindi kami naka IVR. Kapag may inbound, papasok agad siya. Nasa agent na kung sasagutin niya or hindi

Ewan ko lng po kung nsagot na tong question mo, pero sagutin ko nrin po ksi gnyan din
check mo po sa chan-dahdi.conf
under channels
check mo if merong:

immediate = no,

;just change it to yes,

or check mo din po kung naka-enable ung cid checking,
kasi kapg nka enable yon un ang ngppatgal kasi ilo-look up nya pa ung Caller-ID nung tumatwag

Way back 2015 and 2016 I set up A2Billing and ASTPP. Pero ngaun ang gamit ko is Issabel PBX may built n sya for Billing

Off topic po sir. Baka pamilyar po kayo sa "Trip-sys". Di po kasi mag go through sa browser namin. kelangan na kelangan ko yun para madami akong ma dial. hahaha. baka may idea po kayo kung kelangan ko pa palitan yung lugar ba or what ? hahaha nakaka lof in ako pero hanggang doon lang ee. salamat
