Gud day. salamat pla sa napagandang rom.
meron lang akong issue after installing innos_d9_03L which is present on the 1st page.

my screen is blinking every 5 or 10 seconds.

is this normal or i have done something wrong during the installation?

pano din po ba gawin english ung mga chinese characters sa toggle( ung iswipe down ung upper part ng screen).

blinking... not normal
like i said, this have no issue. tinest ko muna bago ko pinost..
naka english Language ka na ba?
try mo reboot
pag may issues, paki ulit pag install.

yup, naichange ko na language into english.

btw. i installed it using these steps:
1. i extracted the innos_D9_03L.rar on the root of my sd card.
2. the files went to clockworkmod/backup/innos_D9_03L
3. using the CW backup & restore. i restored clockworkmod/backup/innos_D9_03L
4. changed the language to english
5. tried to download apps at the play store but the play store says "error downloading" (forgot the error code)
6.Then the screen will blink every 5-10seconds.

* Before language change = no blinking issues
*after language change= no blinking issues
*after input of google account = blinking starts
*downloading apps in PS shows error downloading.

para pag di nyo nagustuhan pwede nyo ibalik sa dati.
Now testing V4: no problem so far

slow browsing: replace default apn until it will turn dark gray.... back read this thread

GAPPS problemo:
Error: error retrieving information from server: google account don't match with the registered android device
either update your google device to innos d9 or create another account as i did..

Both ROMs are ok but i prefer the V04 because of the interface.
