It has been a rumor last year that the Philippines can become the next province of China. I know that most of the Pinoys love Korea instead of China, right? It is because of the K-Pop fever which is the culprit of the hype. Remember mga ka Mobilarians, Korea was a colony of China many many years ago and looking at their rich culture and ways seem somewhat the same altogether. China has been responsible for the infusion of religion, education, arts, values and humanities to Korea during the time of dynasties.

You got it right! Even the Philippines has been influenced by China in the olden times. The delicious food we call 'siopao' is actually 'ziu-pao' in China and we borrow some of these foods to become our food on the table. Pancit or noodle is a common thing that both countries Philippines and China patronize. Well, tikoy is my favorite and 'fengsui' is my past hobby. So, the question is: Are we different from them?

There is no doubt that becoming a friend of China gives a peaceful resolution for whatever tension we have. PRRD suggested that to pacify our strained relation with China, it would be better that the Philippines be one of its province. Somebody even made a banner for this and hanged it on the bridge. The President has a point actually, if you can't beat your opponent why not join him instead. It seems that when we allied ourselves, we could have a harmonious relationship and it would be easy for the Philippines to attain its millennium goals for development.

China is no longer the China that we once knew. It's a different China now! Highly productive, progressive, and pro-development. It's more on social transformation rather than stick to the conservative and traditional system. Once, we join them, the left or the NPAs will surrender and submit to the State. We won't have insurgency anymore in the Ph much less with any revolutionary group. We can have peace and a very progressive country. More jobs will be available since some of the assembly plants in China will be put here in the Ph.

Maybe, it's high time to expel our stereotypes against China. I have been there and I experienced what is it like to be in China. The sooner we realize this, the sooner will be able to achieve our national goals.

Gone are the days with our American friends. To tell you frankly, I don't think America is a trusted and a true ally. Just think of this, when America campaigned its influence over Southeast Asia, we were used by them to receive refugees. What did we get in return? Those refugees have an easy access to their country while we Filipinos could not easily get a visitor's visa. Sarcastic but true. They are just opportunistic users!

So, come to think of it, let us venture to a new horizon. This time it would be more fun. Please vote in our poll.

No. This country is better off as a US colony than the irrational, incompetent, psychotic fool, Duterte, as president.

In my opinion, super taas ng risk kasi if CHINA ang kakapitan natin, hindi natin alam if mag tratraidor sila or papakitang tao lang.

for me now, let's observe muna what happen next.

Pero be one of its province? :slap:

Maybe, it's high time to expel our stereotypes against China. I have been there and I experienced what is it like to be in China. The sooner we realize this, the sooner will be able to achieve our national goals.

:nice:

we almost became a US states but we fight for our freedom so No no to China. Almost became a US Citizen almost hahaha

Ang China, kakampi is North Korea.

Sakal sila at wala freedom.

Bakit may ganitong poll, wala namang ganitong issue na napapatunayan ah. Very misleading.

Sino ba ang may sabi na magiging province tayo ng China in the first place?
