Gusto ko kasi mag focus sa chest saka sa back..
Any suggestions.

meron tinatawag na Push/Pull/Leg program, ganto yung system nya:
Monday (Push) - bench press, military press and other push exercises
Wednesday (Pull) - Pull-ups, rows, deadlift etc.
Friday (Legs) - Squat, leg press etc
Since first time mo, wag mong gagawin ang mgaiyan... magfocus ka muna sa mga Compound exercises such as:
- Squat
- Bench press
- Deadlift
- Row
- Military press
Maraming program for beginner like SL 5x5, ICF 5x5, All Pro Beginner Routine, Starting Strength 5x5, etc etc...
Isearch mo ang mga iyan at pumili ka ng gusto mo, tapos magfocus ka sa program na napili mo.
