just master the basics dude.,. kung hindi ka masyadong ine-entertain ng instructor.,. be an observer na lang.,. learn by your own madali lang naman eh.,. but if you really want na tutukan ka ng instructor kumuha ka ng personal instructor mo.,.
iba kasi yung disiplina na makukuha mo pag may personal instructor ka.,.

1 hr is enough for you to gain.
You'll be better off pumping your GF in those extra 1 hr..
Our body releases most of the GROWTH HORMONES after 10-15 minutes of pumping iron. It will continue to do so in the next 30 - 40 minutes of pumping. SO 1 hr is all you need to get big.
After that time, nagsasayang k na lang ng oras mo sa gym..
Just keep your every session in the gym as intense as possible.
