Hhhmmm...
Medyo mukha ngang nakakaliit yung program sa Legs ah...
`tas ewan ko ba...
Parang hindi ako nakuntento sa buhat ko ngayon...
Siguro din kasi dahil dun sa instructor ngayon...
Hindi kasi siya masyadong ma-entertain...
Eh, ayun...
Medyo hindi ko pa naman alam kung paano gamitin yung ibang equipments dun...
Kaya ayun, pana'y tanong na lang ako sa kanya...

just master the basics dude.,. kung hindi ka masyadong ine-entertain ng instructor.,. be an observer na lang.,. learn by your own madali lang naman eh.,. but if you really want na tutukan ka ng instructor kumuha ka ng personal instructor mo.,.
iba kasi yung disiplina na makukuha mo pag may personal instructor ka.,.

Chest - Triceps - Shoulders...

So, ayun na po...

Paano po bang mga magagandang exercises/techniques yung gagawin ko para sa mga ganyan..?

^ eto na lang monday= chest triceps, tuesday= backs, biceps, wednesday= shoulders, thursday = legs friday abs.,. or pwede rin everyday ung abs na singit mo.,.

2hours lang everyday okay na.,. tas mag supplements ka.,.

1 hr is enough for you to gain.
You'll be better off pumping your GF in those extra 1 hr..:beat::beat:
Our body releases most of the GROWTH HORMONES after 10-15 minutes of pumping iron. It will continue to do so in the next 30 - 40 minutes of pumping. SO 1 hr is all you need to get big.
After that time, nagsasayang k na lang ng oras mo sa gym..
Just keep your every session in the gym as intense as possible.

Korekek bro.. ako maximum of 45mins lang ako sa gym..:barbell: intense workout tlga:whew: minsan 1hour kc nagkaka ubusan ng plates:slap:

12 weeks dude my mkikita ka ng improvement, bsta keep it proper and intense.. normal lang yang sakit, at mawawala din yan, wag mo na lang pansinin, just dont take pain relievers:bawal:
 
yung sakit na nararamdaman,
dapat soreness yun ah.

hindi dapat feeling 'bali buto'
