tanung ko lang po kung papano po magkacuts? im not into mass kasi ehh, gusto ko lng matone and magkacuts..
tanong lang... pwede pa bang mabroaden yung shoulder? kasi medyo maliit yung shoulder ko may dumbells ako (ayaw ko muna maggym), anong magandang workout? intensity? frequency? sets?

First time ko lang din po sa gym.. Wala po instructor s gym nmen kaya patulong naman po.. Whole body work out po kasi ako kanina.. The problem is inabot po aq ng 3hours s gym..hehe.. Ilang play po ba ang kailangan per muscle? Ang ginawa q po kasi e x3play/muscle...tama po ba un? & ilan po bang sets &reps ang kailangan?....payat po aq& matangkad.. Thanks & Godbless

Masakit n maskit ang mga muscles ko braso at legs halos di ako mkabngon knang umaga.
Tnaung ko ung intructor normal lang dw un tnimbng lng ako at aun warm up n dw
1. Super sakit tlga kya sbi nya lumambtin ako dun s barbel n nka hang, bantin ko dw ung brso ko gang s mai2wid ko
2. dumbell n 6LB each hand 12/4 puro arms up&down side&down at fron&down
3. straight bar down&shoulder 12/4
4. straight bar ulit mas close lang ung hawak down to shoulder ulit 12/4
5. dumbell na 25LB each arm shoulder up&down 12/4
6. barbel na my 2pcs. 2.5LB both sides den down2shoulder 12/4
7. dumbell 6LB each arm den frnt arm bend 12/4
8. sit ups 15/4
9. arms streching
