1 a week lang ako nag cardio panget kasi pag walang cardio gaya mo sexy body gusto ko na hubog ang katawan pero syempre gusto ko magbulky mga muscle ko. nahinto ako ng 3weeks kaya medyo bumagsak timbang ko dating 64kgs naging 61kgs na lang buti umangat uli ako ng sa 62kgs hirap kasi ng nagka dry cough nun last week uli ako nagstart mag buhat at mag cardio ito kuwa komedyo nag slim ko ng nahinto ng 3weeks kaya nextweek mag three, one, three one, ako

2 weeks na akong nag ggym pero wala pa masyadong result.
Gusto ko sanang magdagdag ng exercise, kasi ginagawa ko
incline barbell bench press at over head triceps extension lang for chest and triceps.
Tapos.. dumbbell bent over row at dumbbell concentration curls lang for back and biceps.
Yung sa shoulder tnry ko yung sa smith machine ayoko naman nun, papalitan ko ng dumbbell press.
Para kasing walang nangyayari. Gusto ko din sana magfit yung polo shirts ko at medyo lumaki ang chest.
