at dapat po bang isama ang Back Program sa Shoulder - Triceps Program?
haha ok lang naman yun..ako kasi nagpupunta lang sa gym para mag exercise at suplado ko pag asa gym eh..as much as possible kasi 1-1/2 hr lng buhat ko..hehe..kaya almost no time to socialize na ko..
mga tol ano ba maganda na food supplement para sa workout na mura lang? yung nabibili sa watsons or mercury drugs..
recommend naman kayo..
baguhan pa lang kasi ako sa pag ggym.

saka yung back exercise ko..sinasabay ko sa biceps exercise..
tapos kasabay ng lower back exercise yung legs hehe..
