[HELP!]-Flash Drive become RAW how to fix ?

I can't format my 16gb flash drive it says "disk is write protected" and the file system is RAW i already tried a lot of things to fix but nothing happens.

This are methods i already used :
- Using DISKPART
- Storage Management
- Partition Manager
- Scan for viruses
- Changing Regidet writeprotection from 1 to 0

Above methods doesn't fix my flash drive!...

My flash drive still detected with the computer, Anyone has other method to fix my flash drive ?
