nangitim din singit ko during military training. medyo walang liguan kase hawak nila oras. pati pagtulog may oras. ehersisyo pawis jogging nagasgas ng brief singit ko tapos pawis pa kaya nangati. hanggang ngayon kita parin yung itim na sanhi non hindi na pantay ang puti ng singit sa kanan at kaliwa. ano ngaba magandang pampaputi dun para bumalik. never ko pa nag apply ng mga pampaputi

Hello! Ang pag itim ng singit is resulta ng chafing or ang pag kiskis po ng skin sa mga bagay kagaya po ng underwear, skin or sa pants.
