Para lalo maging useful 'tong thread ni TS recommend kayo ng Company na pwede applyan and napuntahan niyo na lalo na yung "mababang call center company" , then kung nakapasa ka or hindi.​

Salamat sa tip mo pre. Sa totoo lang dalawang beses na kong bumabagsak sa interview nabwibwisit tuloy ako sa sarili ko layo pa naman ng byahe ko tapos pagdating sa interview bagsak. Nag-iisip tuloy ako kung mag aaplay ako sa Call Center.

OK share ko yung inapplyan ko. Yung malalapit sa Alabang, meron dun sa Northgate. Convergys, Genpact, HSBC...
Di ako nakapasa sa Genpact. Yun lng yung tnry kong company dun.

Sa mga gusto ng free tips how to pass the interview, meron free seminar dun sa IIWC sa Southwest bldg., Makati. Along Osmena cor Makiling St. Kahilera lang ng Cash and Carry mall. Walk-in ka lang. Nag-coconduct na din ng phone interview doon, pag pasado, voila! Exam agad sa CC na yun. Nagbibigay sila ng referral slip. Di ako pasado ng phone interview, hindi kasi ako sanay ng ganun.

May bentahe na pag nkaattend ng seminar nila. Pati yung mga exams may tips (and leakage) na dun kung paano i-sure pass! Haha! Galing kasi ako dun bago nag-apply sa Teleperformance.

Nagtry din ako sa Convergys G5, di pinalad sa initial interview!

Sa mga babagsak, wag mawalan ng loob, madaming CC sa Pilipinas!
Take it as a challenge at alamin din kung sa nagkulang.

ako i started with ICT (sykes)mga 6 years ago..never ventured sa mga low paying cc..sayang lang oras mo,parehas lang naman workload,

for me naman, ang advice ko sa mga nag aapply pa lang, never sign any contract that contains any form of employment bond.

depende maam...ive been employed before sa company before na me bond...wlaa naman nangyare nung nag awol ako

tama its a case-to-case basis, some others kasi talagang masipag maghabol. minsan naman kasi di mo rin masisi ang employee lalo na kung talagang need na nitong magresign regardless of the reason kahit under pa rin sila ng employment bond. swerte kapag hindi naghabol ang company.

hindi naman rude if someone wants to ask the HR to confirm if there's any employment bond between him/her and the company before signing any employment contract.

so i think to be safe...better avoid companies with any employment bonds so that in the future if the hired intends to resign regardless of the reason, wala na syang iintindihing anumang mabigat na responsibility up to his/her last minute in the company.
