As a high school graduate student, I'm really impress for your statement cause I'm one of those people who really wanted to master English specially this one ,which written @ the top of the pages or first page, I know it's a big helpful for me as a beginner to enter this kind of work for future as well, and to be speak relevant or fluently is a big help not only given as gift to everyone but to atleast we understand what is all about or what is inside @ the story ...nyahaha

oh bdw, eto yung thread na binabasa ko mula ng magstart ako sa call center industry.
believe it or not, nagboost yung confidence ko
nung napadaan ako sa thread na to way back 2011
gusto ko atang sundan yapak ni ts
pang 5th company ko na ang telus
been with aegis PS, C3, hartehanks and minacs
wala sa exp ang basehan ng mga interviewer
yung ibang may exp din minsan di nagddeclare ng prev comp nila just to get the spot
be prepare, relax and youre now good to go
nga pala:: naprint ko yung first page ng thread na to kc helpful siya for me.
ts balik ka na, yung to be continue ang inaabangan ko sa post mo..

Same pala tayo TS! Petiks lang sa school, pero pag trabaho na seryoso. 
TS! Tsaka dagdag lang natin ung sa mga boset na nag-iinterview na may ipapadiscuss pa sayo tska may itatanong kung pano gawin ito pano gawin yan. 
Ang ginagawa nila dyan dpat pag ididiscuss mo, dapat isipin mo na hindi tlga alam ng interviewer ung topic at pano gawin ung mga bagay. Kaya dapat step by step mo binibigay ung instructions..
Example:
Q: Do you know how to cook?
A:Yes, i do. (Kung gusto nyo Of course! para may angas!
Kaso baka ibang impact mareceive nung interviewer. 
)
Q:What dish would you prepare if I visited your house?(TANG INA!, eto ang pinaka parusang tanong!!)
A:Adobo, its my specialty.
Q: .... and how to cook adobo??
A: Pag sasagutin nyo na to dapat step by step, like Prepare the ingredients then saute the blah blah blah tapos sympre dba pupunta sya sa inyo, sabihin mo kung pano pumunta sa inyo galing mismo sa office/building nyo. like If you wanted to go to our house, from here take the bus to heaven and blah blah blah at wag nyo kalimutan mag bigay nang mga landmark!!
: and if you reached the Gates' of Heaven, you will see Saint Peter there, say hi to him!.. Hahahaha 
Wag kalimutan maging confident pag sumasagot! at dapat wag kayo mag stutter.
Wala pa talaga akong experience sa mga interview na gnyan. Kaya hndi ko pa alam ang pakiramdam..

i shouldve read dis before my final interview i actually appllied as a Call Center agent, but then, after nung final interview ko, di na ko tinawagan, ang mejo naalala ko lng, dito sa tanung na "What are your weaknesses?" cguro ako bumagsak 
some of my peers said na sa gnung cases, di kw dw lge dpt mgsbi ng totoo 
wla eh, nging honesto ako sa mga weaknesses ko ih rofl: nvertheless, i am now contented wid my present job, an M.I.S analyst

Sayang naman po pero ok yang job mo as analyst. Tama ka hindi palaging kelangan sabihin mu ung totoong weakness mo. You can actually invent your own and also invent how you dealt with it. Parang ako lang weakness ko cute and magagandang girls and women pero di ko sinabi yun baka sabihin maniac ako haha joke!. Anyway ycaaah15, you can always try again. Think of your failure as an opportunity to learn your mistakes and never give up.

Haha nice thread you have here brother.. It reminds me of my personal experience with Sitel.. My first ever job.. Nga pala.. sa mga job hunters naten. If your a call center virgin try your luck with sitel.. Mahilig sila sa mga virgin (for real) ayaw nila ng pasaway haha Yung pinasa ko sa kanilang diploma high school grad pasok padin.. Ipakita nyo lang na willing kayong matuto, May discipline makakapasok kayo.. Good luck mga kaSymb..
Note: bago nadissolve yung PCSafety ng Microsoft sa Sitel 3 calls lang sa 8 hours buhay kana.. 3 hours per call lalo na pag virus issue. Sayang lang inilipat na ni Microsoft sa India. Kasama na dun yung hold na isang oras at dead air na 2 oras hahahah.

ingat ka sa "phone simulation" dapat hindi ka rin bingi, dapat alert ka, dapat natatandaan mo lahat ng sinabi sa phone sim. memorization lang pasok ka na pero dapat english teacher ang ingles mo.
