kung hindi po applicable sa inyo yung ibang tweaks like sa com ports, i modify nyo na lang yung network adapter nyo, yung port number ng network adapter nyo or nung sa modem nyo.

just do all the tweaks, lalo na yung sa registry tweak, then gawin nyo din yung registry tweak ni simply mark para mas maganda result, don't forget to restart your pc after doing all the tweaks, baka naman naka deep freeze kayo kaya bumabalik din sa dati yung settings after restart.....

sir's post nyo nman ISP nyo, OS, gano kalaki ang improvement para makita nmin. sinubukan ko pero di ko pa nakikita improvement.
