How can I do this on Premium Home Versions of Windows XP and Windows 7? Is there an alternative of gpedit.msc? Also, the "Ports" tab doesn't appear on my Device Manager (Windows XP Home Service Pack 3).

wala po sa home ng gpedit so you can not do the tweaks with the use of gpedit.msc. backread ka po regarding sa windows 7.
