Ts bakit ganon.. My mga folder akung di makita.. Tulad ng sa device manager (port) at tweak window 7 ung qos (limit) wala din. Pa help naman.

Hi all, baka may maka sagot, yung plan namin is 200mbps, kaso yung unit na gamit ko hanggang 90+ mbps lang, while yung dlawang ibang unit namin umaabot hanggang 190+mbps. ano kaya problema?
