ang alam ko at least 2 years minimum required talaga. san kba sa bulacan? tga bulacan lang din ako.kung malapit ka sa balagtas. apply ka sa itech. local account lang. suncell, digitel and cebu pacific yata hawak nila. kaso hindi ganun kataas rates nila kze nasa province lang ang site. pero ung mga may experience na sa call centers sa manila bumabagsak sa kanila.

..honestly sir most of bpo companies requiring applicants to at least reach 2nd year in college, however like what i've mentioned before that once you're good especially in english no doubt they will hire you for sure..

One day there was a 2nd year student named. Quinn Alman he lives in Orem, Utah. Quinn is already 15 yrs old. He is an only child of his father and mother. Quinn is a problematic person and his life is full of sorrows. He always punished by his father and mother because of nothing.
Quinn fell in love with one of his classmates in their section. The girl named Maria. She is a great pretender and she already have many boyfriends because of her magnificent beauty. According to others, Maria is black deep inside but Quinn doesn’t believe it because of his love goes beyond the heaven. Quinn serves Maria the way to forget his problems. He love Maria seriously and he loves Maria rather than his family but it is hard to say that Maria wants to fool Quinn because he is a simple person and he is waste by a poor family. Quinn doesn’t know about the things that Maria was saying when he is not around. Quinn started courting Maria, the courting last for many months. Maria make Quinn do stupid things but Maria is just playing with Quinn’s Emotions.
One Afternoon, while Quinn is walking he saw Maria with another guy having fun with her. He feels down and sad but he accepted it because he has no right over Maria and he thinks that this is just a thrill game to play. He believes that if you try hard their some better things will happen.
When night falls, while Quinn lying in his bed. He remember the times that he and Maria having fun together. He remember the smiles of Maria that make him shiver. Quinn smiles and all the sweet memories make him sleep. Quinn always wakes up early because he is always excited to go to school and to see brilliant smiles of Maria.
The next day, Quinn thought about some gift that can bring Maria happiness. Quinn decided to buy a necklace. After buying, he went to Maria’s place. He was panting. When Quinn is in front of Maria, he feels nervous and his face turns pale because of his shyness. Quinn gave the necklace to Maria. Luckily, Maria accepted the necklace but deep inside she is disgusted. Quinn ask her if he can have a chance to be a boyfriend of Maria. Maria said yes, Quinn flips with joy and Maria serves as his inspiration in his studies but Maria didn’t tell to Quinn about her another boyfriend. Quinn only knew about it from his classmates. He was shocked and feels like dying. He thinks that he is stocked in a miserable dream but he needs to face the truth. Quinn Confronted Maria, he ask if his classmates are saying the truth. Maria quite said yes, she said to Quinn that its better them to be friends. Maria Apologizes to Quinn. Maria’s happiness is Quinn happiness. They parted ways. It seems Quinn is Avoiding Maria. Quinn drinks liquor everyday together with his friends. He embraced all vices because it helps him to empty his mind. Quinn realizes that being together with friends is better than being together with Maria. They never talk to each other but in the end Maria still lives in Quinn’s heart. Wherever Maria will go Quinn will always be waiting and He will always enlighten the darkest days of Maria.

alam mo ba office ng digitel sa balagtas? pasa ka lang resume dun muna tpos wait for their call kung kelan ka pupunta office. yung nakasabay ko dati dun may exp na daw yata sa manila. bumagsak agad sa aptitude exam. try mo sa ge esmhie. dko lang alam kung hiring sila. dun pinsan ko eh. malaki naman sweldo nya.

magkakaproblema pa yata ako sa mga requirements. rush maxado T_T. kelangan ko makakuha ng nbi, sss and yung medical til friday. problema ko sa sss wala ako birth certificate. isang valid id lang meron ako. so kelangan talaga unahin ko yung nbi clearance para 2 maging valid document ko para sa sss.

alam naman nila yun na may mga requirements na matagal iprocess. Pwede namang to follow yun as long as may maipakita kang receipt (nbi, nso, yadda3x. . .)

ang problema ko kze yung mga requirements. kze kulang yung mga dala ko. nasa bulacan pa. di pa ko familiar kung saan na sss branch ako pupunta. tiga bulacan kze ako talaga. di naman ako maliligaw dito sa manila ang problema lang di ko alam kung saan mas mabibilisan ako. balak ko bukas is nbi clearance muna sa caloocan. tapos sss. aun ang di ko alam kung saan branch ako pupunta. di ko alam yung sss sa caloocan. yung sa cubao is along edsa lang din daw pero di ko naman napapansin kapag nasa mrt ako. baka magtanong tanong ako kung saan yung sss sa caloocan para mabilisan ako.

yung sss, sandali lang yan. San ka ba sa bulacan? Taga bulacan din ako e. Dito ka na lang kumuha sa may meycauayan. It does'nt matter kung san mo kinuha yung sss. Ang mahalaga lang yung e-1. Number lang naman titignan dun e. Ang requirement para sa sss e nso birth certificate. Kung ako sayo yun unahin ko. It's either magpadeliver ka or kaw mismo pumunta sa nso sa qc. Kung malapit ka sa marilao, may delivery service dun. Sa baba ng munisipyo ng marilao. May nbi din dun. Pwedeng dun ka na lang pumunta. It depends kung anu name at apelyido mo kung gano katagal irelease ang nbi. Kung common ang name mo, matagal yun. Mga 1 week. Kapag uncommon, puwedeng makuha mo na agad yun. Sa nso naman, kung personal kang pupunta sa qc, di mo makukuha yun ng one day. Baka next week ka pa pabalikin. Mas mabilis ata kung tatawag ka direct sa kanila at mas makakatipid ka kapag ganon ginawa mo. Ang pinakaimportanteng makuha mo is nso. Kasi yun ang requirement sa sss at bir.

masasabi ko lang sa call center galit ang management pag nagkakasakit ang agent, ika nga bawal ang magkasakit. me kakilala ako nag ka laryngitis na galit na sa clinic me sulat na ng doktor na dapat ipahinga nya pagsasalita pinakita sa tl nya binalewala kaya nagresign na lang sya.

pinakalamalaki prublema sa call center yung pabago-bago ng policy lalo na pag dating sa metrics para sa mga di pa nakakapasok sa call center malalaman nyo rin yan pag nag calls na kayo.

isa pang prublema pag nakabangga mo yung TL mo or yung supervisor mo malamang mapipilitan kang umalis o mag resign di talaga kayo magkakasundo isa sa mga rason nag resign ang mga agent. kung pwede lang ba mamimili ng supervisor. pero metrics talaga ang papatay sa yo at anong angal na sana e bawasan naman pero kadalasan nag bibingihan management take it or leave it.

honestly kung meron lang non-voice na work mas gugustuhin ko talaga yun dahil nakakapagod magsalita tsaka nakakapag isip ka e sa voice nagkamali ka ng sabi sa customer hirap bawiin kailangan magaling ka magpaikot o mambola pero di sa lahat ng oras na gagamit yun.

@kb24 - di kasi sila hiring nung nag-apply ako dun., teka nga pala kasi ang layo mo pala kung caloocan ka tapos sa alabang ka work..

@polmartin - i agree with you., nangyari sakin yan kasi nawalan din ako ng boses then laryngitis din ang findings., voice rest ako dapat ng 7days eh di pumayag mga bosing ayun after 3days back to calls ako kaya super maintenance ako ngayon para di na bumalik eh., haaaay..

madali lang kumuha ng nbi, mblis lang dun sa caloocan. sa may victory liner yun. nklmtan ko na anong station ka bababa sa lrt.

. haha. bsta mrt-lrt ako galing crossing Edsa eh.

@all- boses tlga main priority natin, pero ako .. bhira lang magkasakit. pero if magksakit, xempre SL na yun.

sobrang bait ng mga supervisors dito.

naku fail., totoo yan., like me CSR but we're required to handle technical concerns for FSR (first call resolution) but it will kill your AHT (average handling time)..

..kakaloka di mo alam kung ano sa mga metrics ang ipapra-prioritize mo eh., andyan pa ang CSAT or customer satisfaction., haaaaay..
