I'm getting fed with all the fucked up politics going around the company where i'm in. They transferred people from this LOB to another LOB without explaining the real reason. First they told us that it was based on performance, which was purely sugarcoating. Performance my balls. The fact of the matter is they did not transfer those agents who lick their asses and rather turn their cheeks on those who try to oppose their rotten system. What logic do they have? These mutherfolkers should rot in hell.

Hello po.

I'm a fresh grad who applied for a Tech Support Rep position last week. So far, I've passed the group interview, phone simulation, and the final interview. The only thing that's standing in my way is the Berlitz Assessment.

May idea na po ako kung ano yung Berlitz... pero may mga tip po ba kayong maibibigay? Mga "Frequently asked questions" sa assessment? O kung paano po kami ginagrado?

Yung account ko nga po pala AT&T Uverse. Wala po akong alam sa basic troubleshooting kasi po first time ko po talaga... so, kung meron po kayong website na pwede kong mabasa, sana po pa-share.

basta natry ko na yan sa stream
yung recorded na voice may mga tanong tapos kelangan masagot mo yung clearly

bat mo naman nasabi na di tumatanggap ang callcenter ng muslim!? meron ka ba bad experience sa isang kumpanya na sa tingin mo ang dahilan kaya di ka natanggap sa trabaho dahil muslim ka!?

@ pol, tol kasi yung kuya ko dati nag-apply siya sa isang colcenter company near us (Somewhere in Kyusi)... ok, he pass all recent requirements ng company tapos yung interview check again yung resume at pinatingin sa mas higher boss na yata (Yun ang sabi ng kuya) He waited 2 hours habang hinihintay yung final result kung papasa siya o hindi.. Then suddenly sinabi sa kanya ng interviewer na (Prakahan pa pero hindi naman pagalit), Na hindi daw tumatanggap ng muslim applicants ang company niya at sinabihan nalang na mag-apply nalang siya ng iba!!! Masakit man tong experience para saamin kasi hanggang ngayon mga kapatid.. Uso parin ang Discrimination sa ating bansa!!!

@Padre pio saaan ang location mu at anung name ng company na tinatrabahuhan mu?

that was totally absurd! bakit pa nila pina-abot sa final interview., grabe naman sila., ngayon ko lang nalaman na may discrimination na even sa religion., tsk tsk tsk!

by the way, pwede bang sabihin mo yung name ng company? and thanks for this fact..

berlits exam in our company is a form of interview(i don't know in other company). basta ang napansin ko sa berlitz ko nun eh yung mga tanong base dun sa previous answer ko. . .dun sila huhugot ng tanong sa una mung sagot,parang papaikutin ka o papahabain mu yung topic. . .rappor ata tinitingnan nila dun tsaka on how you respond to their question. . .
AT&T? broadband tech support ata yan. . .may queue ata diyan lagi. . .

basa-basa ka lang dito,dahil sa thread na to nakapasok ako sa bpo industry. . .kudos!

Tama! Sa SITEL walang discrimination. May agent kami sa Toshiba dati na Muslim. Tuwing prayer time niya pumupunta sa sleeping quarters para magpray.

Thanks to esmhie at padrepio! I've learned alot from you guys! but I forgot that fucking STAR!

Well I passed the final interview at Convergys but it was held at Netopia Gateway earlier. That was the very first time that I signed a contract! First Job as well!
My account is Basis(not pretty sure) the Hr told me that it is a seasonal account. By the way My site is Convergys San Lazaro.

pag may avail saglit lang naman din.. 1-3 minutes at minsan lang yun..

don't worry kasi bibigyan ka lang naman ng medications pag ganyan.. yun lang baka lumala HB mo pag pumasok ka sa BPO.. hehe.. maha-highblood ka sa mga customers.. ako kahit lowblood feeling ko highblood ako pag naka-receive ng irate callers..

Sa amin siguro ang too much avail. Pag 1-3 minutes lang na avail, queuing na sa amin yun. One time we had a two-hour avail time. Usuall avail time namin is 10-12 minutes in between calls.
