problems arise when one does not meet his/her expectations. Remember, you guys are looking for a job. Like all people, there's no such perfect company do exist.

People always rant because they want things to happen their way. You cant dictate an mployer to do all you want.

Give and take yan guys. Lahat ng company may flaws.

Im not defending any company here, im just saying this because ive been around the industry for 4 years. In that span of time, 2 companies pa langang napuntahan ko.

There will always be 'reklamos' but always ask this question to yourselves, "have i done my part?"

Sa amin siguro ang too much avail. Pag 1-3 minutes lang na avail, queuing na sa amin yun. One time we had a two-hour avail time. Usuall avail time namin is 10-12 minutes in between calls.

Sa pag back read ko, nakita kong BN ka. Natawa ako dito sa post mo na ito. Avail nga sa BN, although may hours na nag q-queue talaga. Avail pa rin ba sa inyo sa HHM? (feeling close ako) Hehe.

Isa ka pala sa mga transformers. Teletech po. Ganyan din sa amin, pati mga emails na cross skilled, pag nag queue pinagco-calls. Hello sir, nice to meet you!

Naku sir, wag mo na pong ituloy yung sa IBM mo. Mababadtrip ka lang.

I passed the exam,here are the types of exam & no. of items:
15 items math,
25 items english grammar,
i forgot how many items in computer applications & sales.
30 mins. duration of exam.

I failed on the group interview. Hahaha. Tell me about yourself lang. 4 kayong applicants, recorded yun then irereview yun recorded voice then you will receive a note if you didn't qualify. Haha.
Take note of the ff.:
-Message and information
-Tone, Expression & Smiles
-Vocabulary
-Listening Comprehension
-Language Structure
-Pronunciation
-Client specification cut-off

Ok lang better luck next time. I'll try again. For now practice muna ng pronunciation. Haha.

I'm an ex teleper employee. TSR from verizon.

Madali lang naman sya. Computer Exam, 10 items na igogogle mo lang yung sagot. (Copy Paste mo lang yung tanong kay google) tapos yung iba pre assessment test na lang, like parts of the computert mga ganun. Tapos Group Interview, tell me something about yourself, why teleper, tapos kung TSR ka, itatatanong sayo difference between a Modem and a Router, basta be confident lang, mapapasa mo yun, tapos Versant/Prospeak then Final Interview.

Hindi ko alam kung parehas lang ng screening process ang different sites ng TeleTech, pero pag pasok ka, hindi ka na nila paghihintayin. Bibigyan ka na rin ng endorsement para magpa medical.

Pero malay mo tumawag! Kasi sa experience ko noon sa NCO (first job ko), after final interview ang sabi sakin tatawagan na lang daw ako. Tapos tumawag naman sila, pinabalik ako for contract signing. Basta stay positive! Good luck!

thanks ser. ganito kasi nangyari saken...sa robinson pioneer teletech muna ako nanggaling. nakapasa ako sa initial interview, online exam more on technical then may voice simulation tapos phone simulation berlitz ata yun kasi may kausap ako sa phone na tao talaga. then sabe saken pasado na daw ako binigyan ako endorsement for profile verification pinapunta ako kinabukasan sa moa teletech yun pala final interview yun. then saglit lang pagkatapos ng interview sinabi saken i check pa nila kung pasok ako sa account nila kung bbigyan nila ako ng j.o via txt or email until 7pm yesterday. pero wala pa din ako narecieve, mukhang d na naman ako pumasa. . .dami ko na naaplyan 8 na company na lagi ako bagsak sa final interview.

at sa sitel din try mo.. since sa final interview ka lang lagi sumasabit it means you have potential.. try going to sitel recruitment then apply at sitel academy.. be specific say you want to be trained at sitel academy.. they can definitely help you get hired.. cause you have the support of your trainer...

hindi ko pa na try startek. yup galing na ako sitel sumabit din ako sa final interview. feedback nila saken intonation ko daw lagi pataas. binigyan nila ako endorsement for sitel academy kaso 1 month training monday na start 2pm-9pm. Hindi pa ako sure kung ppuntahan ko o mag apply parin ako need ko na kc sana mag ka work para masaya man lang x-mas ko.

eto mga na applyan ko na:

teleperformance - final interview
sykes - initial interview
spi global - initial interview (recruitment firm)
hindujah - initial interview (recruitment firm)
stream - final interview
transcom - pasado (versant) bagsak 2nd final interview
sitel - final interview (pinag training ako for sitel academy)
teletech - pasado berlitz ( hindi ko alam kung ano nangyari)

to get rid of that nervousness,you need to make an advance research about the job you are applying for so that when the interview moment comes,you will have a lot to say when prompted with questions pertaining to it.The bottom line is always how confident,honest and persistent you are to get the job done.I've never been to any BPO company but based on so many testimonies i heard before,too many of them say,English language command must be excellent enough to be able to land on the job.Get to use with pressure because it's their favorite past time there,,lol.that's the reason why i'm not planning to become a BPO agent,,being pressured is what i dislike the most..lol but never forget its part of the job always.
