hindi ko pa na try startek. yup galing na ako sitel sumabit din ako sa final interview. feedback nila saken intonation ko daw lagi pataas. binigyan nila ako endorsement for sitel academy kaso 1 month training monday na start 2pm-9pm. Hindi pa ako sure kung ppuntahan ko o mag apply parin ako need ko na kc sana mag ka work para masaya man lang x-mas ko.

eto mga na applyan ko na:

teleperformance - final interview
sykes - initial interview
spi global - initial interview (recruitment firm)
hindujah - initial interview (recruitment firm)
stream - final interview
transcom - pasado (versant) bagsak 2nd final interview
sitel - final interview (pinag training ako for sitel academy)
teletech - pasado berlitz ( hindi ko alam kung ano nangyari)

ung sinabi na 1month training di na nasusunod yun.. you can be endorsed as early as 2weeks basta kailangan ipakita mo sa trainor mo na kaya mo na talaga...try mo pumunta even for just 1day para malaman mo kung ano advantage pag nag sitel academy ka..im telling you di titigil yung trainor mo hanggat di ka na ha hire...

ung sinabi na 1month training di na nasusunod yun.. you can be endorsed as early as 2weeks basta kailangan ipakita mo sa trainor mo na kaya mo na talaga...try mo pumunta even for just 1day para malaman mo kung ano advantage pag nag sitel academy ka..im telling you di titigil yung trainor mo hanggat di ka na ha hire...

yes bro galing ako ng sitel.. sayang nga lang kasi nagkaroon lang ako ng personal problem kaya napabayaan ko yung work ko dun..ayun alam mo na terminate..hehe

what do you mean?? if you go there & you've undergone the screening process for SITEL ACADEMY & you qualify they will surely endorse you to ACADEMY...

marami kang matutunan sa sitel academy kaya nga nahihiya ako sa trainer ko dun sinayang ko ung opportunity.. i got hired pero di ko ginalingan di ko tuloy naabot yung matrix nila..

marami kang matutunan sa sitel academy kaya nga nahihiya ako sa trainer ko dun sinayang ko ung opportunity.. i got hired pero di ko ginalingan di ko tuloy naabot yung matrix nila..

yes dude.. tama ka pag nakita ng trainor mo na kaya mo ng makapasa iiendorse ka na agad nya as early as 2 weeks...
mabilis lang yun dude enjoy mo lang yung training..

Everything is learned when you get in. That's based on my experience. Super Barok ako mag english bako ako magwork pero as time goes by, you wont notice, maiimprove mo communication and writing skills mo thorugh tenureship. Sayang ang oras kung magttraining ka pa, wala namang sahod, yung iba magbabayad pa.

Syempre you should at least know basic stuff. I suggest you watch Movies and Series para you have an idea on how to speak english. From there, you can mimic how they speak. Lahat naman siguro tayo dito nakapag high school and learned basic english. Ok na foundation na yun. Once employed, dun pa mas lalawak skills nyo on how to speak english fluently.

hi guys. Finally nakalusot na din ako sa final interview at ops interview. APAC sa cubao yun call center na inapplyan ko sa monday pinababalik ako for contract signing. Kaso ang problema ko is 2 months lang daw yun account na ibibigay nila saken then ttingnan pa nila kung i regular ako o hindi. Parang training din pero may sweldo na offer saken is 13k then pag perfect attendace and no late +7k daw. OK po ba yun? Sa tingin ko naman maganda yun environment at mababait un mga tao na nakausap ko kagabi sa apac.
