di naman siguro about printer talaga.. ung kasama ko dati sa training sa academy sa lexmark printer sya na endorse wala din sya gaano alam sa printer registered nurse yun .....
Sino nga pala trainer mo sa Sitel Academy dude?....buti nlang di ka nagquit sa academy.. ang labo naman nung APAC laking abala sila...

Si Reyne ang trainer ko sa academy. Hindi pa ako nag OM sabi tawagan daw ako n2ng monday pero d parin natawag. Sana wag naman to magaya sa apac. Pero sabi saken nun trainer ko within 1 week daw mag intay ako sa tawag nila. Tapos na kasi yun training ko kaya nag intay na lang ako ng tawag. Pag umabot ka na ba sa OM sure na ma hire ka na? o may binabagsak parin sa OM?

dude may bumabagsak pa rin sa OM pero wag mo masyado isipin yun...
nung nandyan ako dati sabi nung trainer namin basta makaabot ka lang sa OM pwede ka nya iindorse ng iindorse until you get hired &
the next time you get endorsed sa OM interview ka na agad di ka na uulit pa mula sa initial interview....
pero sa tingin ko kaya mo yan.. sa APAC nga nakapasa ka eh...

dude may bumabagsak pa rin sa OM pero wag mo masyado isipin yun...
nung nandyan ako dati sabi nung trainer namin basta makaabot ka lang sa OM pwede ka nya iindorse ng iindorse until you get hired &
the next time you get endorsed sa OM interview ka na agad di ka na uulit pa mula sa initial interview....
pero sa tingin ko kaya mo yan.. sa APAC nga nakapasa ka eh...

aww. nag review na nga ako ng mga common problem sa hp printer. sana wag naman ako bumagsak mukhang maganda kasi yun account sa hp printer. lage kc pag final interview dun lagi ako bumabagsak...T_T

guys i just signed a contract with sykes ganda kc ng offer saken. yun sa sitel wala parin ako OM interview kaya grinab ko na toh. January Start ko TSR isp and dsl connection un account.

ako kasi 3times nako nag aaply dyan initial interview plang failed na..
csr inapplyan ko... next time i'll try applying as TSR.....

First Apply ka sa Shaw sa recruitment hub nila sa tabi ng Star Mall kasi mas madali daw process nila dun.

Initial Interview ( Tell me something About YourSelf) mga 10 mins Interview lang. Hindi sila mahigpit sa pronunciation. Nagulat nga ako sabe saken nun HR u have a good grammar construction and pronunciation.


then pag nakapasa ka sa initial interview papupuntahin ka nila sa Ortigas sa One San Miguel Building. Bigay mo lang un endorsement Letter nila para sa "Final Interview Agad"

Final Interview ( Situational Questions for Customer Support and Tech Support) Manager na agad un mag interview sayo. Saglit lang yun saken mga 10 mins lang tapos na agad. Pag nakita nila may technical skills ka hindi ka na nila pag take ng exam. Ako di na nag take ng exam.

All in all 2 hrs lang un tinagal ng recruitment process nila tapos J.O na agad. Taas nga nun offer saken para sa no CC experience kaya grinab ko na agad.

ser ask ko lang about dun sa mga list of requirements. bir 1902, pag ibig and phil health. fill up ko lng ba un mga form tapos sila na mag process nun o ako pa ppunta ng office ng phil healt at pag ibig para mag pa register? About naman dun sa bir 1902 may tax number na kc ako. Need ko parin ba i fill up un form?
