Hi for high school graduate, is there any cc company available near in alabang?

NCO alam ko nag hire sila HS grads. Pero sa Q.C naka based yun company.

try mo ser apply ka sa sykes hindi sila strict sa pronunciation. mabilis din yun application process nila.

tomo, try nyo muna sa SYKES kung wala pa kayo experience sa call center. yung 4 na friends ko nakalimang apply na sila sa call center, SYKES lang yung tumangap talaga sa kanila. ayun sa mga nababasa ko, SYKES LANG ANG MAY PUSONG CALL CENTER COMPANY. the rest, paaasahin at irereject ka lang kapag may nakita silang mali sayo at kung wala ka pang experience. Tip ko lang sa inyo wag ayong mag-aaply sa mga kilalang call center, di talaga kayo matatangap dun kahit maglupasay kayo. kasi the more na malaki ang company the more na mataas ang standards.

First time call center agent din ako.. HDPP in Northgate alabang accepted me after applying for Sutherland, NCO, Stream, Teletech and Convergys.. meron pa yata akong namiss.. try and try lang you'll get it! lakas lang ng loob guys!

Maling-mali ito. Nakadepende yan sa dami ng applikante at sa dami ng kakailanganing tao ng isang company, hindi sa puso puso. Kung kailangan ng company ng 30 agents, at merong 250 applicants at sa 250 applicants, 50 doon ay may call center experience na, most likely ang pagpipilian nila ay yung may experience na. Kung nangangailangan naman ng 250 agents ang isang company ASAP, at 30 lang ang applicants, most likely, tanggap lahat yun, maliban na lang kung hindi talaga qualified. Competition lang yan.
