Hello Everyone! I have tried to apply in Teleperformance this last Wednesday for TSR account and i made it to the final interview suddenly I didn't pass. They told me that my pronunciation of F and P, also V and B did not meet the standards! Anyone can help with this problem...also my grammar construction they said that i need to become more creative with this one and creat more complete sentences. Help! please! Thank you!

almost same lang mga yan sir. may exam at interview. kung bumabagsak ka sa exams eh try mo lang tandaan kung saang part ka nahihirapan. kung sa typing, dl ka ng mga software na typing tutor. kung yung mga english naman practice lang tlga dapat.

try lang ng try sir, eventually masasanay ka tapos matatanggap ka din. Good luck

Try to be more conscious lang when pronouncing word with F and P, V and B. pag tingin mo nagiging ok na. test yourself by practicing with english tongue twisters na may f, p, v, b. kaya mu yan!

Guys i have a question because me & my friend is worried..

My friend is applying in a call center at INFOSYS in alabang & she passed the interviews & signed a contract then she advised to submit the requirments (tor, nbi clearance, medical) on the day that she needs to report to undergo her training & as per HRD she cannot go on the training once her requirments are not complete. So here's what we've worried.

We request for a TOR in her school but the release date is beyond the date that she needs to report & pass all the requirments, so that is the one problem.

Next is she is undergrad 1st year 1st sem only but when she got interviewed my friend told them that she is 2nd year undergrad in college.

My question is, is there any possibilities that they can forfeit her contract once they found out that her transcript of records is only 1st year only? or they will cancel your contract once you cannot give them your requirments on the date given?

Anyone please advise or enlighten us... Thank you..

sa agent post depende. meron nagbibigay as low as 15K and as high as 25K

kung malapit ka sa taguig, try mo dun sir malaki mgpasweldo mga bpo dun . The best para saken ang convergys, di kalakihan magpasweldo pero parating namemeet yung expectations ko. For starters try mo sa teleperformance, sitel, NCO

depende sa company sir. kapag sinabi nila na requirement talaga na umabot ng 2nd yr. pwedeng magkaproblema. yung sa TOR request naman wala silang magagawa kung di mo masubmit on time since hindi kaagad mprovide ng school.

sana lang tamad yung HR ng comp baka hindi mapansin na 1st year lang sya, e di lusot hehehe

- just make sure na clear yung voice mo.. according sa mga nabasa ko kasi ay system based ang exam na ito.. meaning computer magbibigay ng result kung pasado ka or hindi.. yung iba nga iba ang sagot sa mga tanong.. may tumutula.. or nagsasabi ng lyrics ng kanta.. quality ng voice talaga labanan pag versant eh..

- ok naman ang work sa call center.. stressful nga lang pag mahirap yung account or process na napasukan mo.. saka sa schedule na rin kung magulo at papalit-palit.. pwede ka siguro mag-start as non-voice agent.. kaso mas mababa offer sa kanila eh.. sa ngayon nasa 13-15K na ang starting sa mga walang experience.. maraming BPO companies sa paligid.. kahit saan naman pwede mo i-try..

- depende yan sa company kung talagang particular sila sa educational background may chance na ma-termed.. pero sa mga napasukan ko naman na mga companies eh hindi naman.. basta maipasa mo yung requirements eh check ka na.. and usually mahaba ang palugit pag school records.. pwede ka naman magbigay ng promisory letter eh kung sakali..

Pa po OT TS invite po ako dito kung sino may gusto ng FREE CALL CENTER TRAINING dito po sa school namin sa AMA UNIVERSITY project 8. partnership po ng AMA at TESDA sayang din po kasi konti palang ung mga umaatend pwede pa po ung mga may gusto punta lang po kayo dito diretso sa Admin building at tanong nyo po dun. ^_^

I am Mike, I just recently got terminated from my previous company (SYKES), circumstances have left me no choice. I filed for a resignation but due to my ranking not to brag being at the top as an agent on our account and as it's peak they wont let me. So, I just let them to mark me down. And also I am not happy on my previous account and talking about my everyday ride, It's too exhausting. Now, I'm looking for a company hiring for their TSR Post. I am looking for a more challenging Tech. Account. Can someone help me here? If you have there suggestions or if you can refer me. I prefer to work in Alabang or maybe any where. ;D

I'm currently staying here at Imus, Cavite. Thanks in advance guys!! I hope you can help me, I'm planning to apply at Convergys Alabang but I am not sure if they have a tech. account..

-- sa makati po may customer support ang BDO, smart at globe.. di ko alam kung anong company eh.. ung BDO yata ay sa may Aegis PeopleSupport.. kaso mababa lang offer pag local accounts.. siguro nasa 10K-13K..

.. there's no tech account in CVG alabang.. try to check at First Source, APAC and GENPACT if you still preferred working in Alabang.. i think they have tech accounts.. but i'm not quite sure..

why not work in MOA.. Teleperformance and ACS have tech accounts..
