last summer nag puerto princesa ako, i'll try coron nextym.

regarding components para sa solar power, good thing tlga na mas madami na mabibilhan ngaun, at meron ding thread gaya nito para makunan ng more info. mejo navivisualize ko ang future ng electrical grid d2 sa pinas, mejo horror. hehe.
kelangan na din ng elec.power independence taralets solar!!!

Yup... let's go green, let's go solar (especially when 1 Kw = 12 pesos, like here in Puerto )

... i think an "identical set" is not available in manila... and your comment that "the one in China is a lot cheaper" brings us to my next issue... pansin ko din na sa china pala... itong ginagawa nating DIY project is already being manufactured by FACTORIES as compared sa pinas ay ganito ang makikita mo...

... malaking kaibahan di ba?... sa china kita agad nila na ito ay isang magandang business... samantalang sa pinas, KITA AGAD ang nasa isip.

hayz, mabuti na lang marunong tayong mag-DIY... eh paano yung iba na hindi?

Paano? They just have to read this thread and ask for help If we can do it, anybody can do it (well, I speak for me, as I have absolutely no electrical background )... as long as one has the budget for and the will to DIY, everything is possible... Yes, YOU CAN

sir problema sa switch

pag install q ng switch,nawawala ang power? from panel?

did you put it only on the positive wire? check mo ulit... the wire is on the same line (aligned)? did you tighten up properly the screws? Maybe it is "off"!!

gamitin mo ang "continuity test" ng digital multimeter... yung nag-beep na terminal, doon mo ikabit ang kabilang wire.

take your tester and test both the negative + positive (like you do to test your bat) on the wire coming from the panel, if the voltage is 12 up to 20 it means ok ang wiring from your panel... pag hindi (walang reading or very low) maybe the wire is disconnected from the panel

Maybe the switch is defective... try to connect the wire in the middle screw line... if you have W40 spray the whole thing...

the problem now, maybe wala ng araw... late na kasi... maybe you can test the switch with an extension cord, on AC...

... ayos ang pagka-setup (meron air ventilation gap between gi sheet and panel at na-observe din ang angle of inclination ng panel)... pati wiring ay naka-angat para hindi maluto ng init...

The other day I bought a 55watts water cooling fan from a junk shop worth P250.00 and I also bought a Universal Power Supply(UPS) worth P100.00 which serve as an inverter...

Yung FAN po pina-fix ko at nagbayad lang po ako ng P150.00, yung UPS po ay inalis ko lang battery kasi kadalasan po ng UPS ay sira or drain lang battery.

I only used, the 65AH battery which I removed from my CDRKING Silent Generator and my existing 100watts solar panel.

w/o charge controller po tayo, as long as continuous used po sya bukas kapag fully charged na po batt, at pwede po sya ng 3 stages of AC charging(6AH)...

NOW, eto na po finished project ko...

ah same Lang ang kapal ng wire na kinabit ko sa panel. kung ganu kakapal yung wire ng panel ganun din po kinabit ko. so mga 10 meters ang layo ng solar ko. at nasa tamang angle at tamang lugar. so wala pa po ko fuse kasi di ko Alam anu type of fuse ang gagamitin. at wala pa din ako DC breaker ba yun...

LOGIC lang po dyan...SUBUKAN mo po at ng matuto ka...yang heat RESISTANCE or nag-iinit na wire ay prone po yan saFIRE ng wire...malalaman mo po yan depende sa ampere NA GAmIT MO...HUWAG KA LANG PO NA MATAKOT NA UMILAG...lalo na kapag mararamdaman mo po na malapit ng pumutok or MAG-HAPPY NEW YEAR...he he...JOKE lang po...as long as nag-experiment po tayo, iwas sunog lang...baka madamay kapitbahay...GOODLUCK po...
