Jollibee's Chickenjoy™ Recipe

before we start this simple recipe. I'll drop down some pointers for you to make it perfect.
Tip#1. Follow all the steps and ingredients listed below.
Tip#2. When heating the shortening dont put alot of fire on it. (you dont want a ulingjoy)
Tip#3. Use a presure cooker promise it will really help you out with this recipe. Or gamit kayo ng kaserola na medyo katamtaman ang laki para sa dami ng inyong lulutuin.
Lets start!
Marinating ingredients:
1 tablespoons Kosher Salt

1 tablespoons MSG

1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/3 cup Bottled Chicken Concentrate
(guys ang ginamit ko dito is 1pc. Knorr chicken cubes deluted in 1/3 cup of water)
3 cups water

Breading ingredients:
2 fryer chickens cut up into 8 pieces and marinated
6 cups Crisco Shortening
1 egg well beaten
2 cups Milk
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons ground pepper 1 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon MSG
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 dash paprika

Marinating procedure:
pagsamahin nyo lang lahat. Mix until the mixture is well blended. Ihulog ang manok haluin. (mas maganda kung kakamayin mo.)
►note: 3kilong manok lang kaya nito. At half day ang pag bababad

Breading procedure:
painitin na natin ang shortening.
Sa isang bowl ay pag haluin na natin ang itlog at gatas.
Sa isa pang bowl (mas malaki) Pag haluin naman ang mga powdered or dry ingredients.
Ilagay ang manok sa ating egg & milk mixture.
Pag katapos ay, balutan natin ng breading mix na ginawa kanina.
Ihulog sa presure cooker na may mainit na shortening. Dapat ay medium lang lakas ng apoy ha! 7mins yang lulutuin. 7mins po ha!

Konting tips. Wag nating iover crowd ng chicken ang ating pinagpiprituhan dahil di maganda ang kalalabasan ng gawa natin pag ganun ang ginaw natin. Estimate lang na 5 chicken per salang sa minimum size na deep fryer.
Mag hulog muna ng bawang sa shortening na pinapainit bago mag salang. Pag hindi nagalit ang shortening or walang ksshhiiii! Sound wag muna ihulog ang manok.

ang tagal na ng thread nato ahh..binuhay pa..pero bat ganun nung nagtatrabaho pko sa jollibee dati, thawed chicken lng at breading ang nilalagay tapos deep fry na agad... :noidea:
 
sir sana mareplyan mo ako agad. yung pressure cooker kasi. di po ba dangerous mag fry sa pressure cooker. kasi ang kfc lang ang may custom made na pressure fryer. pero kung ordinary na pressure cooker delikado daw. i dont know lang ha para siguro sa mga electic yan. pero yung manual lang na nilalagay sa stove parang okay lang. di po ba? thank you
 
Where to find shortening? Sa mga SM supermarkets ba meron nito? If so, saang section siya?

Hello, anyone has tried this? I can't risk buying all ingredients especially that I'm not expert in cooking but anyone aside from TS has gained the expected result? Thank you TS by the way! c;
