14. External ODD (for client request, if he had a game or application that want to install)
15. PCI Network adapter, 512 Video card d2 & d3, 2 set of memory d2 and d3.
16. Can of Air.
17. Document all the work and changelogs you've done in the system unit,.
18. give a receipt & a calling card (for first time customers)
