ask muna ako ng basic info sa issue ng customer para malaman ko kung anong tools ang need ko dalin..

1. External HDD with softwares na needed (OS, Utilities and Anti Virus)
2. Screwdriver set
3. OS Installer (CD, DVD, USB sticks)

2. Software Storage (External Hardrive - mas malaki capacity -para lahat ng essential software for repair mailagay at dala dala mo)
3. Extra flashdrive or flashdrives (preferably for OS and live OS booting) gamit sa formatting and recovery...
4. DVD / CD with OS (some old boards does not allow booting from flashdrives.)
4. Mobile Phone with Data Connection (for browsing)in case inabot ka limitation moh, consult google...
5. Crimping tool
6. Mini Brush and Pencil Eraser (why eraser?)i think technician knows this
7. Money baka mamaya - di mo naayos,, ala ka na pamasahe pauwi

Sa kin External HDD, andun na lahat ng sofwares.. USB with Windows 7 OS, bootable.. tools..PCI MOBO tester..para di lhat ng lhrsware mo,, pag meron ka nito detected na ang hardware issue.

Tanong ko muna kung anong problema, pag kaya naman kadalasan na dala ko lang:
4gb Flash drive (Multiple boot operating system)
16gb Flash drive (Drivers set + Installers, Utilities)
Pero minsan pag hindi masabi ng magpapaayos yung problema, full force na dala ko

Depende sa kung ano ipa service ng client....
ex. reformat desktop daw then ang gusto win8, so nagdala ako ng CD-Installer at USB bootable installer just in-case pumalya cdinstaller alam nyo na maselan ang win8.
pagdating ko sa site OMG! Desktop all-in-one (touchscreen) pala ipa service (nde nmn lahat meron ganito), syempre expect the unexpected, kapa-kapa kahit
pinagpapawisan na trial and error padin., in my opinion pareparehas lng yan... gang sa masolved ang problema.

preparation din sa tools kung ano lang ang dapat dalhin (wag nmn lahat dyahe un) XD
isa pang best tool smartphone with internet (just in case na nde ma solve ang problema may chance ka mag google or youtube)
