Menstruation help me poh pls

hello poh new bie poh ako,

nag-register ako dito para magpatulong alam ko na maraming tumutulong dito..

sana matulongan nyo poh ako sa aking problema...


I assume na ako toh mga sir / ma'am...


Sir / Ma'am I need your help
regarding my menstruation,
almost 3 to 4 months I'm worried,.
Im have no boy friend and no one can touch me sir / mam what to do... i need your response

ang nakakataka lang poh may bukol yong sa feet (arch area kung sa part of feet) left side poh

dba wala nga siyang boyfriend? mas ok kung patulong na lang siya sa magulang niya tapos pa-check up siya.

mas maganda kung magpa-kosulta ka sa doctor or kahit sa health center. pwede kasing abnormal lang menstrual period mo tapos yung paa mo pwede ding ganglion cyst madami pang pwedeng sabihin na yung iba ikakatakot mo. kaya mas maigi kung magpa-konsulta ka para makasigurado ka.

agree ako sa payo nila mag patingin ka sa dortor ate, di naman sila nangangain eh

wag kang matakot mas maigi malaman mo anong sakit mo kesa lumala pa yaan

3 or 4 ka na walang dalaw di yan normal sa ating mga babae
