My favorite number before Eight
No, it is not seven
But it's not even
it came before eight
Eight plus one not late
She it is for sure
A lady so pure
Laid my eyes on her
So pretty as I adhere
Spell her name
Simple but fame
A single letter
Followed by a number
Yes, were friends
A view till the end
Turned being foe
A chance I threw
Half of me was gone
I thought she's the one
A promise is a promise
Feelings should vanish
Letting the heart melt
Forget what's meant
Now, were apart
Separated hearts
I saw her happy
That's how I wish to see
A smile from her face
Perfect and base
Continue having that curve
A happiness served
Please take care always
TCCIC, remember the old days
Started with text messages
Continued to chat boxes
Ended with dead air spaces
Now, living with the changes
This poem is about a girl I met during the highschool days. Her name was "Janine" that's why I call her "Nine" (pronounced as 'nin') in a way. The number 8 on this poem was my girlfriend on college, Eight for the reason that when is also a symbol for infinity. I just want to share this one because I started writing poems, declamations and letters because of her, MY ULTIMATE INSPIRATION.
