Magdadalawang isip ka. If you were more... tactful and deceptive
siguro magagamit mo yung need nya sa iyo to your advantage

but I guess that won't work for someone pure and/or sincere

Hindi dahil madami dyang iba, hindi dahil sayang lang ang effort.
ngunit dahil I don't think you deserve how you are treated by that person
I mean, if matagal ka ng ganyan sa kanya at matagal na syang ganyan sayo

I believe it is high time to realize na siguro, kahit anong effort mo
di niya makikita yun.. simply because she refuses to look your way.

and anyway, you'll find someone eventually who will equate or more
the time and effort you are giving.

Take some time to assess yourself from a lady's point of view
and see how you can improve yourself more to be more likable(boyfriend/asawa material)
more than just financial stability and good company.
