Office 2019, stuck at "We're getting things ready".

Hello po, I tried to install office 2019, but I'm stuck at "we're getting things ready" pop up.
I tried searching google but it did not help.
I give to you my hugest thank you, for solutions.

Ilang oras na siya running?, kasi ung akin tumatagal ng 2-3 hours, depende pa internet speed (which is worse ).

fresh installation po ba or magpapalit ka lang ng office? nangyari din sa akin yan; need mo lang ma uninstall old office mo kasama mga leftovers sa pag-uninstall,
meron software at tutorial sa web ng office tungkol sa uninstallation including left components. check mo na lang...
