Common FAQ about kernels:

• Ano po ang Kernel? - read definition sa taas.
• Para saan po ba ang Kernel? - read definition sa taas. Basically, it's a link between the android OS and the phone's hardware.
• Anong Kernel ang i-install ko? - ang mga ROM ay may kasamang kernel para gumana ito. Mas mabuting basahin muna ang ROM installation guide at feedback ng ibang users ng napiling ROM kung meron man sila recommended na kernel na gagamitin. Otherwise, you can stick with what's included in the package. Pero kung alam mo na kung ano ang kelangan mong extra feature, saka ka mag-install ng custom kernel.
• Bakit ko kailangan mag-install ng custom kernel? - maraming extra features ang mga custom kernel na hindi mo magagawa sa stock kernel na kasama sa stock OS. Ang iba ay may mga tinatawag na governors, support for overclocking, undervolting, etc. Ang ibang kernel, kine-claim nila na mas optimized ang code na gamit nila para maging mas mabilis ang system mo.
• Ano ang kailangan para makapag-install ng Kernel? - Most kernel developers ng Samsung devices ay gumagawa ng 2 klaseng paraan para mai-flash ang kernel nila. 1st: Via Odin. Ang file name nila ay .TAR ang extension. See link above on how to flash using Odin. 2nd: Via custom recovery. Ang file name naman nila ay may .ZIP na extension. Ang pag-flash nito ay parang pag-flash lang ng custom ROM sa recovery mode.
• With Samsung phones, mas madaling mag-flash na lang ng custom Kernel (kung meron ng available) para mag-root. Not only will it root your phone, magkakaroon ka pa ng custom recovery (CWM, TWRP, Philz) all in one process.
• Pwede ka mag-install ng custom kernel kahit stock ROM lang ang gamit mo.

Nakakatuwa sana yung multi-window feature ng note 2 natin. problema lang, kokonti lang yung apps na supported ito. This guide will allow us to add all apps in our app drawer sa multi-window app list ng Note 2 natin.
Keep in mind lang na hindi lahat ng app gagana. Pwede nyo subukan kung alin gagana sa inyo and just give us some feedback. Required po na rooted ang phone nyo para magamit ang MOD na ito.

Step 1. Download ang 2 files na attached dito sa post ko. XposedInstaller_2.1.3 at XposedMultiWindow240

Step 2. Go to Settings -> Security and enable “Unknown Sources” on your Galaxy Note 2. (you can skip this step if you've already done this before)

Step 3. Gumamit ng file manager para mapuntahan yung mga files na na-download, tap it and install both files.

Step 4. Run yung Xposed Installer na app. Tap Install/Update tapos reboot yung phone.

Step 5. After Reboot, run ulit yung Xposed Installer na app, Punta sa Modules na tab at lagyan ng check yung xMulti Window Mod

Step 6. Balik ng Framework na tab, tap ulit yung Install/Update na button at Reboot.

Step 7. After the 2nd reboot, enable the multi-window bar by long-pressing the back key. Then, press edit...

Pareho tayu ng case tol updated yang network lock script niyan hindin nauunlock ng galaxysim yan or any unlocker apps. Sa ngayun wala pang librr para sa mga device na updated yung network lock script. Kung may money ka punta pa openline mo nalang dami nagoopen line sa market place dito sa symbianize. More or less 1.3k lang yan

Galaxy note II N7105, Quadband LTE 800, 900, 1800, 2600Mhz.. I did some research on this a while back kc gusto rin ung meron LTE, N7105 is pretty much useless here in the philippines; why? First, Smart LTE uses the 2100Mhz bandwidth, lets face it Globe which used 1800Mhz bandwidth is pretty much non existent.
My conclusion, stick to N7100 if you're not planning on travelling abroad hehe. Much more devs too.

malamang stopped na rin manufacturing ng device since meron ng Note 3.
I prefer clear. yung matte kasi nakaka-apekto ng color ng display based on my experience (S2). let me be clear here, it doesn't affect your phone per se but the display changes color due to the screen protector's matte effect. medyo dumidilim sya.
gamit ko yung Vshield screen prot by zagg. medyo mahal nga lang at 800 petot for the screen only. but tried and tested ko na rin warranty nila since my N97 & Satio days (2009)

Smart actually is tri-band and almost (except American, chinese, LTE-A, japanese variants) all phones are compatible with their network. pero... pag lumabas ka ng 2100mhz na frequency, syempre mas mababa makukuha mong throughput. but you'll still receive the 4G/LTE signal and they still offer better throughput performance against the competition. I've seen speedtest screenshots that almost reach the advertised 42mbps. also, hindi pa rin fully operational ang 1800 at 850 mhz frequencies nila (test phase).
yung Globe ko na naka-LTE, may pakinabang naman kahit paano
very limited talaga ang area of coverage nila... swerte nga lang at na-upgrade ang Globe cellsite malapit sa bahay. kahit paano may 2 bars ako ng LTE and I get around 3-10mbps of throughput. on some areas where they offer excellent coverage (mga pangmayaman), the fastest I got was around 27mbps on speedtest.
sayang lang, di ko nasubukan saksak yung LTE sim ko sa n7105 ng utol ko nung nagbakasyon sya dito sa pinas just to test it out.

Regarding sa LTE.. ang ginagamit lang na frequency ng smart is 2100mhz lang hindi sila triband inadvertise lang nila nung na triband pero yun ang mission ng smart na gawing triband yung lte signal nila ewan ko lang kung naimplement na. Anong walang silbi lte dito sa pinas hindi na sana yan pinirmahan ng mga iecep or ntc kung walang silbi dito. Theoritically mas malayu ang binabato ng gsm frequency kesa sa 3g/4g. Mababa lang yung range ng lte kesa sa gsm. Pero need pa rin ng lte ang gsm frequency para gumana network. Kung walang silbi lte para mo na ring sinabi na walang silbi ang digital tv in the near feature dahil maiimplement sa network carrier ang signal ng dgital tv.
Edit: talagang mababa lang makukuha niyong signal dahil dumepende sa layu niyo sa maintower(nakalimutan ko yung technical term) dahil short range lang ang lte and 3g. Kumbaga para silang fm and am sa mga radio natin.or baka sa relay kayu ng network nakaconnect. And take note dalawang klase ang 4g. 4gH+ and 4gLTE. theoritically ang h+ is sakop pa rin ng 3g(which is 3.5g) but as for marketing name they considered h+ as 4g. Kaya ito ang naunang 4g ang H+..

Update: Narevived ko din yung battery ng note 2 ko. Na-deep sleep yung battery ko dahil nadrain siya ng todo.
