Excruciating pain.
I woke up and tried to let out a scream; I couldn’t. I was gagged, but that was the least of my troubles.

My last ounce of strength was a feeble whimper. The door let out a squeak that sent shivers down my spine. Tears fell down my bloodied face.
It was her.
This astonishingly beautiful creature has put up a façade that could fool the wisest of men.
She is the reincarnation of the devil - her sweet smell now suffocating my lungs; her provocative eyes, like fire, burning a hole into me; her killer smile, a masochist grin. As she edged closer, she reached for the chain which suspended my limp body and gave it a tug; I wobbled back and forth like a dead animal.
Oh God please make this stop!
I was looking into her eyes, begging her to end me; and with that, she smiled and slowly released my gag. I spewed green liquid, hacking and coughing madly.
“My oh my, we are energetic today eh?” she was intently mocking my distraught form.
My stomach was burning from the acid. After a few seconds of uncontrollable coughing, I began trembling while trying to speak.
“What’s the matter? Cat got your tongue?” she menacingly joked.
However, it wasn’t.
“End… me…” was all I could mutter; blood still trickling from my severed tongue; my mouth, now a hollow mixture of blood and torn flesh
“Nah – ah!” her condescending words have destroyed me.
“We’re just gettin’ started, you fool,” and with that, she reached for her table of paraphernalia.
“Nooo… nooo oh God nooooo…” I felt the phantom pain on ALL of my extremities; the burning sensation of forcibly torn tissues and ligaments were so
surreal; it was a nightmare, but I was wide awake.
“Hmmm, you know, my clients are quite happy,” she said as she was in a fickle, grabbing a bloodied digital camera besides a rusted portable drill.
“They keep on inquiring WHERE I was getting such BOLD pictures; nowadays, no one’s really happy with how they look,” she started snapping pictures.
“Would you believe that there was a lady who asked me to remove her “excessive flesh” so that she could be “asexual” and be JUST LIKE A BARBIE DOLL?” my paranoia was going haywire.
She paused, as if admiring her work of art. She bit her lip, like she always does when she’s fishing for ideas.
“What else haven’t we done on ya?” my mouth was agape; I couldn’t take this anymore!
Her eyes darted lower, onto my pubic area. Her expression was that of a mad scientist.
“Oh goody, one LAST extremity!” she giggled as she started stroking my flaccid member. Her soft hands, like an angel descending into the abyss to help me find salvation.
