She means yung New ISP ng Goverment AKA "BUILDBUILD" yata yun. Atleast gobyerno na mag provide ng ISP hindi corporate/conglomerate kundi nanggaling sa sariling tax natin which is pang masa na/cheaper kaya wag ka magtaka kung parating maintenance ni PLDT/SMART/GLOBE yung problema ngalang lalo lumala yung capping/omiting unlimited promos

ang sabi nya kase wrong info daw ako. Ang sabi ko lang naman "pinapapasok na ni duterte yung mga chinse telco". Wrong info pala yung tagapagsalita ni duterte na humarap sa tv na napanuod ko. Hahaha.
Hindi naman papayag ang timawang smart at globe na hawakan sila ng govt.
Yung papasok na chinese telco malamang yun baka may hawak ang govt naten. Bali parang share. Ewan ko lang. Hehe. Pero ang mahalaga makakalaya na ang mga pinoy sa gahanaman na globe at smart. Langya 800mb 1 day. Buset. Minsan di pa wala ka pang ginagawa ubos na daw yung 800mb.
