what I mean is kung prone ba sa YLOD ung 2012a model.. medyo nakakatakot yang YLOD na yan e..
jailbreak ibig sabihin pwede ka mag run ng programs gaya ng costum firmware ng unit,pwede ka nag makapag install ng backup games. kung yung 40gb na binili mo,check mo what yung firmware nyan, yung ps3 ay pwede lang majailbreak pag yung firmware ay 3.55 version,,mas mataas na version hindi pwede ijailbreak..l

lahat naman ng gamit nasisira, but yung ps3 phat models yung mga 20gb at 40gb ay prone, ilimit mo lang ung gametime mo,,else maghanap ka nalang ng ibang ps3, though meron way para palitan yung thermal paste ng processor..check mo sa mga malls baka may nag offer nyan.

nothing is safe..kung meron man,,wag ka na gumamit ng jailbreak at bumili ka nalang ng legit ps3 and games. check the guide..ito lang kailangan mong sagot..kung wala dyan sa sasagot sa tanong mo,it means hindi possible..

ODE lng gamit para ma JB ung SS units. Ok nmn ODE sakin almost 2yrs q na gamit wala nmn ako nagiging problem
To make things clear
1. Only ps3 with models CECh etc. with model number 2.5K series pababa ang pwede i.jailbreak. Meaning yung mga mga models later up to those latest ps3 super slim are not jailbreakable but can use Optical Drive Emulator (ODE) para maka paglaro ng back up or downloaded games.
2. Ps3 can only be jailbreak if the firmware version is 3.55 pababa.
3. If your model is pasok sa condition 1 and 2 mag hanap ka lang ng cfw like rebug or habib cobra ang latest cfw is 4.75 and 76 respectively . and update it, para majailbreak..keep in mind na dapat walang cd/dvd sa drive tray or hindi ka connected sa internet as this installs ofw not cfw, kasi pag nagkamali ka..untog mo na ulo sa pader..
3. If your Ps3 is pasok lang sa condition 1, which means yung firmware mo is mas mataas sa 3.55, you need to downgrade by using hardware flasher. Wala pong ibang paraan. Kasi kahit ngayon po, walang jailbreak ang OFW 3.56 up to latest firmwares. kung meron man nagsasabi na may jailbreak na check your sources..these are my sources www.psx-scene.com and www.ps4news.com if your still in doubt,pwede mo din itry mismo sa unit mo yung jailbreak and post us a pic and tell us kung gumagana pa ba unit mo.
4. Once your unit is back to 3.55 ,only then you can update using CFW to jailbreak your unit.
5. If your unit was previously jailbroken and mistakenly updated it to OFW, you need to use hardware flasher para dun then back to condition 4. Hardware flasher services are usually in greenhills,malls or you can check other areas. share the info if you have.
Reminders
1. Set your auto disc start to off. (may cases gagamit ka or nakabili ka ng bagong blue ray game and may gumalaw ng unit mo taz na press ang update. patay ang jailbreak mo)
2.. Do not connect to internet pag mag update. Play it safe.
3. Wag maglagay ng disc sa disc tray pag mag update Kasi pag nangyari yun, untog mo na ulo mo sa pader. ok?
3. Wag mag update ng mag update, wait muna sa mga ps3 sites kung ano feedback whether stable o hindi yung cfw na gagamitin mo.You have been warned so its your own fault kung nabrick unit mo.

CFW ka kung gusto mo ng libreng games, OFW ka kung gusto mo gumastos sa orignal games. rogero,habib etc wlang problema..never heard may 4.75 si rogero, pagka kaalam ko is 4.55 ang last official version nya. You can use habib cobra, or rebug..its up to you, im using the latter kasi mas gusto ko yung features ng rebug.

naka CFW na ako boss na 4.75. bali magdownload na lang ako ng 4.76 CFW rebug then install ko na lang yun?
yes, you can upgrade to any cfw over any developer's cfw like havib,rebug version or mas mataas na version. direct upgrade na po using sa napili mong cfw. hope that is clear.

yup, downgrade nalang ang way if gusto mo magka jailbreak pa

Hello guys, kakaregister ko lang sa symbianize para humingi ng tips sa pagbili ng PS3 unit sa Greenhills, marami akong nakita sa OLX na wala pang 7k or 6k pero sabi legit daw at may sealed pa raw ng sony. Guys with regard sa PS3 unit, so far so good naman ba sa greenhills? Though sa Greenhills ko pinatrabaho yung PS2 ko para malaro siya kahit walang DVD at okay naman ang resulta, medyo kinakabahan ako pagdating sa PS3, saka may maiibigay ba kayong trusted shop based sa inyong experience pero sana yung halaga ang pinakababa is 5k kasi balak kong puntahan yung isang stall sa Monday na 5k lang ang PS3 tapos 1 year ang warranty, may nakita rin akong 4500 lang kaso 2nd hand pero in good condition pa raw, pasensya na guys pero 1st time ko talaga bibili ng PS3 at gusto ko lang masiguro na hindi ako makakabili ng pangit

kakabili ko lng ng ps3 dyan last week. mukhang ok naman. siguro yung 5k na yan is super slim ng ps3 kaya mura. yung akin kasi naka jailbreak na 160gb 8.5k na
