Im sorry sir,Im a Globe user po. And Ive also tried using Smart. No offence po, but Smart really gave me a hard time figuring it out. Nabawasan pa ko ng sangkatutak na load. and ung CS Rep ay hindi magandang kausap. pa iba2 sila ng cnasabi. Di ko nga po napakinabangan mga apps ko. That's why di ko po na try ang FB Places. Kaya po Ive decided na mag iba na lang ng network. Well, I guess po case to case basis din po un. kasi ive known some people who has the same problem checking in, and Smart users po sila. Ive gave them the same procedure and it worked well with them naman.

sa wife ko kase 8520 naka smart sya ngayon and gumagana places kahit nasa loob ka pa ng establishment. pero babalik din sya sa globe kase madalas mabagal update sa smart. baka case to case din nga.

May kasama pong cd yang BB mo nung binili po, right? i suggest you install it on your desktop/laptop. then pag na install mo na po, you will have to connect your device via usb then meron na po dun upgrade software. or kindly go to www.us.blackberry.com then kindly search for the OS upgrade.

Yup! when i got mine, OS 4.6 lang din ung akin. ni install ko lang ung CD that came with my device then connected it. waited. then before you know it, its done!

yung tumblr and foursqaure po ba free din sa BBSOCIAL ng globe? actually yung facebook places wala naman akong problem nung una. sa tingin ko nagkaproblem ako after ko mag upgrade to OS 5.

same po tayo. I'll try it when i got home. last question na lang po. installed na po yung desktop manager ko and then nakalagay na sa usb connector yung BB ko. Pero wala pa din sa mga choose device yung phone ko. meron pa po bang pinipindot para lang cummonect?

di ako makapag browse using WIFI... ano ba ang tamang Settings/config para makapag browse using my wifi..Active naman at nakaconnect ako sa WIFI..
