Religion doesn't matter; religion only creates chaos. Faith in God is what matters. As long as religion exists. There will always be chaos.

It depends on social upbringing and such alike it will always create chaos from the deep of our soul there's a struggling child who loves to learn and grow.

True!!!
God did not make religion but we humans did for selfish desire and power!

god only create human. but human create religion. however there is a reason why human created religion. the only purpose is to create a long lasting peace.

faith is not enough, you need a relationship with GOD :).

good luck po...

di mo naman malalaman na may diyos kundi sa mga relihiyon eh. ginamit ang relihiyon para makapag turo ng aral. good or bad.

Is It Necessary to Belong to an Organized Religion?

The Bible’s answer

Yes, because God wants people to gather for worship. The Bible says: “Let us consider one another so as to motivate to love and fine works, not forsaking our meeting together.”—Hebrews 10:24, 25, footnote.

Jesus indicated that his followers would form an organized group when he said to them: “By this all will know that you are my disciples—if you have love among yourselves.” (John 13:35) As a primary way of showing this love, disciples of Christ would associate with fellow believers. They would be organized into congregations that meet regularly for worship. (1 Corinthians 16:19) Collectively, they would form a worldwide brotherhood.—1 Peter 2:17.

More is needed than just belonging to a religion

While the Bible shows that people should gather to worship God, it does not teach that a person can please God by just being a member of a religion. To be approved by God, a person’s religion must affect his everyday life. For example, the Bible says: “The religion that is clean and undefiled from the standpoint of our God and Father is this: to look after orphans and widows in their tribulation, and to keep oneself without spot from the world.”—James 1:27

If you've read the bible, you'll get your answer pretty quickly. Btw i was the guy that started this thread when i still had faith in God, when you start to question everything around you including your own beliefs, everything becomes "different".

RELIGION IS ANOTHER FORM OF BUSINESS...minsan nagagamit din ito ng mga taong nabigo sa PAG AARAL o naging TAMAD noon mag aral, sila ung nagiging PASTOR o MINISTRO

i give you some insight about religion and why it matters.
kung kristyano ka pa then the foundation of your religion ay dapat nasa bibliya at hindi sa traditions na sinusunod ng halos lahat ng may religion..
ganito yun,
noong una naghahanap ang dios ng taong kanyang mapagkakatiwalaan and then from decendants of first humans
he found noah and find pleasure in him.
and from decendants of noah he found another man abraham dahil sa tuwa at pag ibig nya kay Araham
pinangakuan nya ito ng decendants that will never end and will call them HIS PEOPLE!
then came jacob who later became the father of the nation Israel.
and from israel came jesus christ the one and only that this world we live in will possess.
Kasi in the beginning God created this earth para lamang kay jesus christ so we are all jesus christ possession.
at ganito sabi ni jesus
" bago paman wakasan ang sanlibutan kailangan nyo ako maproclaim to all people sa lahat ng sulok ng mundo".

to make it short then came christianity that was from israel but pinagtibay doon sa roma
and then spread to all the world now but meron pang countries/nations that hindi pa nila

so here is why religion matters,
first came catholic religion then protestants and so on

ang sabi kasi ni jesus " God shorten the time so that all people living on earth will not all perish" so basically
para meron pang matira to possess again the land or the earth.

why is that so? kasi ang catholic through times humihina sa pagpapalaganap ng mensahe about jesus christ
so here came a protestants and they at the beginning preach jesus boldly katulad ng catholic noon

when it comes to chaos as you've said it falls only to simple logic
oh man kailangan may chaos to maintain the CHECK AND BALANCE
therefore patayan is needed by any means either by catastrophic or by human actions.
so dapat huwag tayo mabahala na may patayan dahil may check and balance talaga.

'magtanong at im happy to enlighten you all.
salamat

wow. you probably didn't get the memo. religion is dying, and not without good reason. nations that are ridding themselves of religion are doing better than at any period in their histories.

who said religion is dying?
as a matter of fact if you count the religions centuries ago and compare to this day they are multiplying.
from what basis are you implying?
sadyang ayaw mo lang yata makinig at matuto
basahin mo ng maigi post ko and have an open mind

Religion is only growing in absolute numbers, but its share as a percentage of global population is not. Christianity is declining. Only Islam is projected to increase both absolute and percentage share numbers. The unaffiliated is growing in absolute numbers but percentage share is not.

Most of the countries that are traditionally identified with Christianity—Western Europe and the US—are looking at both decrease in absolute numbers and percentage share.

For all the relevant numbers, you can check out Pew Research Center's The Future of World Religions: Population Growth Projections, 2010-2050

It's always nice to learn new things. Unfortunately there's nothing new in religion, nor will there ever be. It's all the same lines rehashed ad nauseam.
