TS, na try ko na lahat ng steps above sa unblockings. Problem ko ung ultra surf, tama naman ung settings ng dashboard and browser ko the usual na ginagawa ko. U98 na ginamit ko, pero after ko ma connect yung dashboard ko c Ultra naman ang ayaw kumonek? Any suggestions or Ideas po? kapag try ko naman U10.17 Failed to Connet sinasabi, nag try na din aq ng Combi Proxy, wa epek. Thanks in advance =)

TRICK #2: TOR
Second trick is TOR or also known as VIDALIA. Just see the attached screen shots and link below.
In your Smartbro Network Settings, kindly use this:

2. Install it to your program files. DO NOT INSTALL the Torbutton 1.2.5 (OPTIONAL).
3. After Installation, you have to edit the program's settings as shown below.
3.1 Once you opened the program, stop it first for you to be able to edit its Setting.
3.2 Go to Network.
3.3 Insert the Proxy (10.102.61.46)
3.4 And Port (8080).
3.5 Then OK.
3.6 Then Start TOR to connect it.
3.7 Wait until it is successfully connected to the TOR Network.
4. Then go to your browser to edit the settings. I will post Mozilla Firefox SS below.
4.1 Go to Tools
4.2 Go to Options
4.3 Go to Advanced
4.4 Go to Network
4.5 Go to Settings
4.6 Then OK
4.7 Change its proxy and port as shown below.
Proxy and ports used:
HTTP/SSL/FTP/GOPHER:
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8118
SOCKS:
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 9051 or 9050
5. Finally you can now browse up to sawa!
