Baka may nag palit ng canopy pass mo, hard reset ka na

yun din nga ang iniisip ko, malamang na pinalitan ang user/pass ko amp. um, kung maghahard reset ba ako, susundin ko din ba yung settings sa tut ni sir Gunderwind? alam ko kc pag hi-nard reset marerevert to dun sa 169.254.1.1 kung di ako nagkakamali ...

mga ka SB, applicable ba yung tut na to para ma uncapped yung 7mpbs aggre ko? naka capped kasi sa 1mbps yung speed ko.. ito ba kailangan kong gawin para ma uncapped? legit user ako with 7mbps aggre sa canopy page na na access ko.. .

newly connected lang po ako ng smartbro canopy plan 999 kahapon and lahat ng steps mo nagawa ko, ang ganda connection ko kahapon, specially sa garena at sa wow po indi ako na didisconnect.

kaninang umaga po, pag gising ko in.on ko agad pc ko tsaka ung adapter, tapos namalayan ko walang ilaw ung LED sa adapter po. tapos nag w8 ako 2hrs, den gumana na,

nag ping test ako sa smart default gateway po ung 192.168.224.1 and marami pong request timed out. indi na po stable ung net ko, sa garena at sa wow na didisconnect na ako. :(

pa help nmn po if meron kaayo great idea.

Sir, nag-update po automatically ang Smartbro Base station/tower, kaya, minsan bumabagal net speed ntn, lalo na sa mga bagong connect. Sir, huwag po baguhin ang settings, kc, maayos na ang connection mo nung ginawa mo ang lahat ng steps. wait for a 1 week at observe mo connection at huwag lagi buksan canopy GUI at huwag lagi gumawa ng speedtest, kc lalo kng ika-capping kapag, mdetect na mabilis net speed mo.

Once or 3 times a week ang automatic update ng SmartBro base station/tower, depende sa number of users at location/site. kaya nakaka-experience tayo ng mabagal na connection. ganun din sa amin, mga one month after nagstable ang connection.

(HUWAG MUNA GUMAMIT NG ROUTER)

BEFORE --> RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS:

-->Depende sa Location, iba-iba ang password ang Canopy.)

It means-->
Your Canopy Uses "sbro-installer" account. That's why sometimes you will get slow connections, because that is the STANDARD ACCOUNT USERNAME USED BY SMARTBRO-INSTALLER/TECHNICIANS, FOR ALL SMARTBRO SUBSCRIBERS.

Then your Canopy will be register to the AP(Access Point/Base Station(BTS)} using sbro-installer account that has an Congested Account in the Motorola Canopy Management Information Base of the AP/BTS.

AFTER --> RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS:
username: none (DEFAULT USER ACCOUNT)
password: none (NO NEED TO ENTER PASSWORD)
LEVEL (account privilege) : ADMINISTRATOR

The Canopy will be register to the AP(Access Point/Base Station(BTS)} using DEFAULT ACCOUNT and that has a LESS Congested Account in the Motorola Canopy Management Information Base of the AP/BTS.

Boss hindi ko mapasok canopy ko.. hindi gumagana sa akin yung username at password,.

Sir, need mo po "hardreset" ang canopy po ninyo, gamit ang RJ12 cable wire. makikita instructions sa first page at kapag na hardreset muna, sundin muna ang instruction sa software reset.

Try mo ito:

1.http://169.254.1.1/smartgsm.cgi

or

http:// (your canopy address) /smartgsm.cgi

2. select ENABLED : Set To Factory Defaults Upon Default Plug Detection

3. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON SOFTWARE RESET AND SCREENSHOTS CONFIGURATION GUIDE, ON THE FIRST PAGE OF THIS SAID POST.

--> then click save changes and reboot the canopy.

Default Plug: RJ12 (HARDRESET)

Sir, dalawang klase po ang canopy address:

A. 169.254.1.1 = ginagamit mostly sa 7mbps aggregate canopy

B. 10.xxx.xxx.xxx = ginagamit mostly sa 1 mbps at 2 mbps aggregate canopy.

Ex. 10.211.194.3
(bawat canopy, iba iba ip address)

Nasa first page po ang instructions.

CIR BANDWIDTH SETTINGS: THIS IS TO LIMIT THE AGGREGATE THROUGHPUT OF YOUR CANOPY.
(COMMITTED INFORMATION RATE)

==> so input "0" (zero) values

HIGH PRIORITY CHANNEL = THE SMARTBRO ACCESS POINT/BASE STATION DOES NOT SUPPORT HIGH PRIORITY CHANNEL. ENABLING HIGH PRIORITY CHANNEL WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED. IN CONCLUSION, SO IT MUST BE DISABLED.

EXAMPLE OF HIGH PRIORITY CHANNEL ENABLED:

REGISTERED VC 23 Rate 1x/1x REGISTERED VC 250 Rate 1x/1x
