hi everyone. good morning =) may reporting kami, asar pinalitan ung case ko, complete na ung report ko sa Compartment's syndrome, they changed it to GCT, wala kasi kaming mahanap na patient na may compartment's sa POC. . sayang pa naman yung complete research ko, ang ayos pa naman ng pathophysiology para dun. see:
fx, tight dressing, tight cast ---> edema of the content's of the compartment ---> 6 P's (pain, pulselessness, pallor, paresthesia, paralysis, pressure) --->contractures or --->fxn disability

I can't make a patho for GCT, anyone care to help? pretty please

pharma- go for the one by amy karch. MS- Brunner pa din syempre. for pathophysio, there's one from Springhouse's "incredibly easy" series. It is in no way equivalent to a standard textbook, pero ok na din.read it to get an overview of a particular disease, tapos saka mo hanapin sa standard text.

as usual, MS ni udan ang ma suggest ko. cheap xa but, kumpleto na... local author but simplified talaga...

you are just one of the millions of unemployed nurses struggling over vacant slots in a few hospitals we have in the philippines. kung tatrabaho ka sa public, im sure hindi ka na papasa sa physical exam kung lalabas ka abroad, kasi malamang, im sure magka nosocomial ka, PTB pa!!! thats the bitter reality we have to accept poor ang pinas but mayayaman sa nurses kasi over na na ang professionals.
