damn nice rationale hehe durog c palubs ah ahahaha

aw aq dn nmn ayaw mgnursing pero sayang ung r.n. status kung ndi gagamitin.well to each his/her own i guess..

and to think being a nurse kahit ayaw ko,hindi aq nagsisise kase nabuksan mundo q sa npakarameng health issues and concerns na ang madalang people mostly are blind 2.

seriously if not for that course hindi aq healthy life style ngaun ahahaha

My Anatomy and Physiology of Love..

sakin twice nko nadengue napakamalas nga nmn, hopefully ma immune nako dun ahahahaha nung ngkadengue aq walang bruises at pabalik balik on the hour ung fever.kung suspect m tlga na dengue yan best way is to go check up,kht diagnostic ka n deretso, wag na dumaan sa doctor.pa CBC ka and tourniquet test to know kng meh dengue ka

walang sinabing bawal ang dark colored foods sa dengue kasi kahit bali-baliktarin nyu ang mundo limited epekto nyan sa stool ng paxente with regards to bleeding disorders and fecal blood tests.. i said limited kasi at times they can appear, usually during active bleeding.. pero minsan, HIDDEN sila.. bakit, pag nag-fecal occult blood test ka ba kulay ng stool tinitignan nyu? hahaha.. a big NO! ang tinitignan po jan ay DNA, Globin, at mga blood factors.. walang sinabing ang Dark Colored foods ay may DNA, Globin, at Blood factors..

YOU CANNOT JUST SAY NA MAY INTERNAL BLEEDING ANG ISANG TAO JUST BY THE COLOR OF HIS STOOL! KAYA NGA OCCULT BLOOD TEST EH! OCCULT MEANS "HIDDEN." HINDI NAKIKITA.

after all, expected ang bleeding sa dengue.. very seldom do we do fecal exam in dengue, rather, we perform Hematologic Analysis specifically focused on DECREASED PLATELET COUNT, that is, a platelet count below 150,000 platelets/μL.. almost all doctors would even advise that the patient continue to consume diet as tolerated so as to compensate with the nutrient loss secondary to sickness, that is, with some exceptions like (1) being easy to digest; (2) no-spice foods, and (3) that fruits must be taken in moderation..apples and plantains are the only advisable fruits..

simply put, ang bawal prior to Fecal Occult Blood Exam regardless of the disease ay unang-una,
RED MEAT, kasi ang red meat ay puno ng Myoglobins (that are colored RED naturally) at pwedeng makapag-bigay yan ng FALSE-POSITIVE. Ikalawa, Vitamin C and Citrus fruits kasi may anti-oxidant property ang vitamin C at pwede nyang iinhibit ang color reaction resulting to FALSE-NEGATIVE. PEROXIDASE gives a FALSE-POSITIVE result.

klaro?

ang yabang ng post mo jm_palubs, ikaw yata nangangailangan ng matinding training.. you're talking to one of our batch's and my employer's pride!:ranting:

PS: Dengue is also termed BREAKBONE FEVER, and may not always be hemorrhagic.

 bawal talaga dark color foods sa may dengue haha, wala ka nabasa, basahin mo to

Encourage the patient to eat regularly, specifically soft, easily digestible foods. Patients are advised to avoid eating dark colored foods, because we need to monitor the stool’s color. (Black stool means blood for doctors.)

eto pa:

Another top supportive measure is to ask the patient to avoid eating dark-colored foods. Internal bleeding is usually detected through black stools. Eating dark colored foods may interfere with the observation.

Increase body resistance, no dark colored foods

kaya mo yan just read topics about perioperative kht sa internet kpa mgbasa ,marame rame nga lng from the time na nasign n ng patient ung consent form hangang sa recovery period nya sa P.A.C.U. ang pinapadiscuss sau

^^ same here.
