effective ba ng fasting mga kuya? or may negative na effect ba un sa health ntn? may nag tanung ksi sken kun safe ba mag fasting? :D

wag bro.. sakit lang aabutin mo nyan;).. proper diet lang.. kumain ka pero yung tama lang at wag lang sobra.. iwasan mo rin yung mga carbo baka matulad ka sakin lumobo :lol:

Depende yan kung anu ang purpose ng pag- fasting nya..
I've done it some years back due to skin allergy, i wud say its effective for me in that aspect.Yung mga di di napagaling ng medicine, gumaling when i did it..

i was diagnosed with a fatty liver and a high bad cholesterol level. i was adviced to go the gym and workout pero ang iniisip ko kung pede ba ako magtake ng amino (weider amino acid 600). is it safe ba sa fatty liver ko? hdi ko kasi matanong ung doktor ko kasi wla akong contact sa kanya e matagal pa ulit next visit ko sa kanya. thanks for the help and advices in advance. :)

Bro, dont wasye your money on that supplement.
You dont actully needs supplements if your diet iS good.
2 supplements lang kelangan mo if ever, WHEY protein & CREATINE.

HE is one of the advocate of compund excercises.
 
This is a good tips. I try to follow your routine. Thanks for sharing. I hope that good result is awaited.
 
mga tol.

this is what i do everyday.

before the exercise I jog or run for 5mins or 10mins. para pawis agad.

then do the gym exercise

1st day
chest day and arms . like bench inclined ,flat and decline and lifting barbell.
every 1 set i do a jumping jack for 1 min. for example sa akin inclined 10 reps 1 set after that rest instead of resting i do jumping jack or jog for 1min. the same also with the flat and decline.
after that exercise . for total control. i do push up yung name nun screw something 3 sets also.

2nd day
the back. you lift the barbell sa likuran ng ulo 3 sets din yun tapos nyan yung sa harap naman from collar bone tapos lift sa taas 3 sets yun. tapos jan sa dalawa again with the pushup.

3rd day chest and arms the same procedure its my 1month of doing it nakikita ko yung improvement mabilis. basta everyday. and every morning lang.

Hello mga master newbie lang po ako sa pag gym, nakaka tatlong session plang po ako patatlo kahapon parang ganito talaga yung mga tinuro saken dahil sa first time ko mag gym tapos rest po ngayon kse sasakit na talaga ng katawan ko hehe.. Nakigamit lang po ako ng account netong pinsan ko sabi nga nya meron daw po thread dito para naman maka relate ako, mas maganda po ba kung iinom ng supliment mga sir? Sabi kase saken nung nag turo mag MASS daw po ako.. Pansin ko ngayong parang paga na muscle ko mukhang effective besides sasakit lang ng katawan ko hehe, bukas po uli ako mag bbuhat. Kailan po ba maganda mag buhat gabi po ba o sa umaga? Mga 10am po kse ako lagi nag bubuhat. Salamat po at more power sa lahat!
