Yes! Pdeng-pde. Its either you install this apps using your windows installers thru Wine (AUTOCAD, ragnarok and diablo 3) or use alternative Linux
replacement for AUTOCAD like FreeCAD and LibreCAD.

Aside from installing your windows games using their installer thru wine, here are some Linux apps for
Games:
warzone
Super TuxKart
Battle for Wesnoth
You may also browse Linux games from Sourceforge.
If you are already using a Linux distro, look at the software manager or the graphical package manager for games.

Multimedia:
All Linux distros have media players for videos, streaming and music. Though I prefer using VLC.
If what your looking are Multimedia editors, here are some of them:
LMMS (Linux Multimedia Studio) An alternative for Adobe Studio
GIMP Image Editor An alternative of Adobe Photoshop
AviDemux Video Editor/Converter
Audacity Sound Editor

Una kong gamit sa Linux is nung nasa school pa ako. Computer aided kasi yung statistics namin, and ginamit namin yung program na "R". Then sinubukan kong iinstall sa laptop ko kasi nagustuhan ko sya. Useful ang Linux kasi pag nagka-virus yung windows OS niyo, pwede kayo magboot sa Linux then delete niyo yung virus

Games, specially those popular ones probably will work on wine. Please check the AppDB of WIne for App status.
Click Browse Apps at the right and edit the filter accordingly to search the games you want to check the status of.

DeepFreeze....hmmmm, I don't think you'll gonna be using deep freeze on Linux. What for? You don't need it on Linux.

i encrypt mo ung folders mo tas magdesignate ka lang kung san sila pwede mag save ng files. kahit sa windows pwede mo gawin yan using group policy

Here's another office suite: OpenOffice or oOo that is already bought by Apache.
Now, if all you need is a word processor, that is a MS Word alternative, then you may use AbiWord.
Here's an Adobe PageMaker alternative that you may use to edit or create page layouts: Scribus
For an excel alternative, you may use Gnumeric for creating spreadsheets.



Just remember that this are non Windows native tools so if you need to make something from it that needs windows compatibility, always save files
by clicking export (not save or save as) then choose the type of file extension (i.e. .doc or .docx for word or document files)

All you have to do is this:
step 1. log-in as admin user.
step 2. Create another user account and name it something like PisoNEt or anything you prefer.

As regular users, this account has complete access to their home folder.
So you may copy their home folder, including their configuration files.

So whenever your pisonet users changed something on the desktop or the home folder that my affect the computer's functionality as a pisonet,
just overwrite its home folder with your previous backup.
this setup is good and will isolate your system files, even other users files from pisonet users, but flexible enough to do some changes.
I wish you could specify what Linux distro you prefer to use so we could be much more specific.

You may also follow what magsasaka said, its simple specially if you could specify distro.
You don't need DeepFreeze.

Tanong lang regarding file systems ng linux, pwede ba i-reduce ko ung size ng isang logical volume tapos i-add ko dun sa isa pang logical volume? Sabihin na natin na iisang hard drive ah.

your partitions. On gnome and gnome based environments, you may use gparted.

Example, partitiion A has 100gb, and another partition B "BESIDE IT" has 20gb, you may shrink partition A to 60gb and move/increase the size of your partition B to take up the left space by partition A, that is, 40gb.

TAKE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO PARTITION ON A SINGLE PHYSICAL DRIVE, YOU MAY ONLY MOVE/RESIZE PARTITIONS THAT ARE BESIDE EACH OTHER. HINDE PDE YUNG PARTITION A,B,C,D AT E. RESIZE PARTITION A TO INCREASE PARTION D? NOT GOOD.

Oo, maaccess ng linux ang mga non-linux-native filesystems like NTFS, FAT, FAT16, FAT32 at xFAT.
Ndi mo na kelangan iformat mga yun.

For installing linux, use either ext4 or xfs filesystem. DONT USE WINDOWS FILESYSTEM TO INSTALL A LINUX DISTRO.
Though, gagana naman ang linux sa windows partition, pero hindi ka mkakapag compile ng mga applications from source code.

Sorry nakalimutan ko

Centos 6.5 32bit gamit ko CLI or minimal install lang..

Ganito ung situation:

1 physical and 2 logical volume

Volume1 - 50gb
Volume2 - 100gb

Balak kong gawin na 100gb ung Volume1 and 50gb ung Volume2 so ni reduce ko ung size ng Volume2.

After that, gumamit ako ng resize2fs command sa Volume1 which is successful pero nung tinry ko mag resize2fs sa Volume2 is my error.

Ang sabi eh hindi tugma ung superblock size sa physical size. Nag try ako ng fixes sa net which is ung e2fsck pero no luck.

mga idol sa linux wala po bang ibang drive kung saan pede mag save ng mga files tulad ng sa ibang OS??
