Alam ko bro atleast 2Years in College pag sa BPO meron ding tumatanggap din high school graduate basta good in written and oral english...pero dont worry try ko maghanap then post ko dito....

hwoww!! 100k?now i'm starting to be really surprise!

I'm a li'l c0nfuse when you said that you have 1yr bond with your c0mpany then your wavemate resigned after 2m0nths,did the c0mpany just allow him/her that easily with0ut digging out the 100k fine???. .
Or can s0me0ne please tell me the idea when the fine is g0ing to take effect?

oh forgive me,he did not actually resigned here in our company,he just did not show up here anymore,after series of no call no shows of course we had to let him go.next thing we knew he was already with another center

what's the name of your company right now???

makati,financial account?hmm,i dont think i can disclose it here,just pm me ,ill tell you.basic starting salry offer is 23t plus 3600 t allowance.that's their offer to newgrads and first timers.so imagine how much they can offer if youve been a rep all your life.

i want to be in the bpo industry..
i tried applying on top bpo's in the philippines and on the first 5 tries i was only able tp passed the exams and the initial interview
now i've into 10+ companies and i can see the improvement in me
im always one step away from the job offer.

i applied for tsr in teletech and im done with the two interviews and the exam..the hr tells me that she is considering me for an account..
now om scheduled on tuesday for a "client interview"

i just wanna know anu to?

bryanmj22 -- wow!, that's a surprising one., haha! 100k., tsk tsk., you're wave mate probably indicated his experience in your company on his resume., too bad for him., anyway for your share..

failure -- goodluck to your client interview on tuesday., it means that the client will conduct the interview to you., but don't be nervous coz sometimes it's just the manager whose going to do it., they'll just check if you're really qualified for the job., expect tough questions., most of it are about experience., just be confident!

padrepio -- most of the non voice account are having an internal hiring., they are giving the great chance to those who are already part of the account or program for them to save time and effort in terms of training the agents., and to develop their agents as well., most of nonvoice accounts are email support and back office., but some accounts are purely non voice who hires new agents., i know some accounts included to it like online games instructor, email support, dealings with connections and disconnections, etc.., company that i know whose hiring non voice agents are Telus in taguig, First source in alabang, 24/7 in makati and teletech in cavite..

Thanks for the info, esmhe. I wonder if they have part-time jobs for that. I have a day job but I really want to try it out. Just for experience. Perhaps on weekend schedules.

Hmm. . . I think you need to brush up on your grammar, amigo. When, not where, is the correct word to be used in your last sentence. Don't and I'm are contractions. There is no definite rule as to when to use a contraction. In practice, contractions are used in informal conversations but rarely in formal writing.

That is a personal question and there won't be a generic answer for that because we all have unique and individual experiences.

going back to your concern., most of the bpo companies are requiring agents to work as a full time., and i don't have any idea of part time jobs for non voice account., but i know a house-based account., i'm not sure how do they call it but it's like an online job where your task is to answers your customers questions., try this web site., kgb.com but i'm not sure if they have slots for special agents..

@kai - consider padrepio's feedback., also just a friendly reminder if you are being ask of a negative questions like that make sure that your answer is still positive., for example.,

question: what are your weaknesses?

answer: one of my weaknesses is being late however i'm working hard to adjust my body clock to make it at least 15mins or more before the time schedule., in fact this is one of the reason why i'm here coz i know that this job will be a great training for me to get rid of this weakness..

don't bring yourself down when it comes to an interview., always be proud of yourself coz you are selling it and your goal is simply for them to buy you as a whole., well i wish you goodluck ang i hope that we'll be seeing each other there in northgate alabang one of these days..

ANSWER : i know that those applicants have the advantage of getting this job because of their experience but for this company ang program we are all considered as newbies., I guess that they are knowledgeable with regard to call handling but they will encounter challenges as well for this new account., and i know it will be a risk in your end hiring me instead of them however i can certainly assure you that i will do my best and will commit myself to this job.,

interviewers are impress with the words used by the applicants., so you better prepare your power words., and make use of your mind to think fast coz they have a lot of follow-up questions., you can also add your skills as well.., that is just an example but i hope that it gives you an idea on how to answer that question..
