Opo. Galingan ko talaga. Sayang naman po kasi yung chance. Pinaghirapan ko pa man din po to.Any tips for the training? I'm clueless.

congratulations!
well, there's a lot of expectation for new trainees., so you need to exert a lot of effort to learn all the things that your trainer will tell you.. however not everything is being told upon the training coz the real call center world will start as you take calls., so as much as possible maximize your trainer/s., ask questions if needed., don't just simply assume that you know everything.. coz there are standard procedures that you need to follow especially with regard to the tools and systems that you're going to use., if something is unclear or confusing., verify it to your trainer.. and make sure that you fully understand each topic that you discussed., remember that : "there's no such thing as stupid question, only stupid people exist.."
the training is not that easy.. expect mock calls and assessments to test your learnings plus there's possibility of failing it if you did not focus..
the training is consist of two stage : foundation training and product training..
Foundation or communication skills training is basically english enhancement or development training., correct pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, etc.. trainers here are very strict in implementing English Only Policy or EOP.. and there are sort of consequences if you speak vernacular words as a punishment so don't dare.. (matalas ang pandinig nila sa mga Filipino words eh..)
Product training is where you will learn the account itself.. the scope of your responsibility being an agent., rules, processes, tools and systems.. usually super complicated things and topics.. lot's of new things but a very great learning coz you will learn a lot..
..so enjoy the training while you're still a trainee coz when you get to the floor and take calls, everything will change.. you will be all alone dealing with each of your customer's concerns.. goodluck men..

itratrain ako ng pinsan ko bukas haha.. kinakabahan ako.. di ko pa nadidinig mag english pinsan ko eh.. 1 on 1 interview para ma practice ako.. wag sana ako ma intimidate

kailangan ba dito ay atleast nakatapos ka ng 2years courses or kahit hindi? kasi sa ibang call center ay madami nagsasabi na need daw ng atleast 2 years college.

huh? why local., anyway much better than having no job at all., after you gain experience there apply for international account.,

tagal ko di nadalaw dito ah... bago na pala title miss esmhie.... i'm on my product training all ready. So far, enjoy naman. masaya kasi training e. goodluck sa mga nagttraining na katulad ko.... i will visit again pag may time. 15 minute break lang ako now e. dito pa ko office. tc.
