Anong oras po maganda magpa-araw?

May napanood po ako noon sa gma ng magandang oras magpaaraw para sa mga baby para sa vitamin d pero pano po kaya sa ating malalaki na? healthy pa po ba sa atin yung bandang alas 10 hanggang 11?
 
dati 6-10 pwede pa pero ngaun 6-8 nalang 9am sobrang init na
 
pwede 10 hanggang 12 noon basta makulimlim haha
 
Vitamin D is produced naman by our bodies in small amounts. Nakukuha din natin sya with some food sources tulad ng fatty fish, some seafoods, mushrooms and egg yolk. Need lang natin magpaaraw para maactivate sya. Usually morning or late afternoon maganda magpaaraw kase mas less yun intensity ng araw. Though walang indicated kung gaano katagal ka dapat maexpose to sunlight for the vitamin to be activated. Pero enough na un maarawan ka at least once a day.

Also take note na prolonged exposure sa araw could increase skin damage so dont forget to wear sunscreen everyday.
